Look at my Kanoka disc!
It's so surreal to be able to hold an oversized bionicle piece in my hands

This is technically more of a Hero Factory MOC than a Bionicle MOC, but I never really got into HF so in my eyes this is a strange-looking Le-Matoran

Alt Hydraxon and Spinax.

I wanted to give Spinax more of puppy girl vibe, improve articulation and put my own spin on her.

I wanted to give Hydraxon more of a wet suit vibe and he's a jailer so every jailer needs a key. Sooo, key blade!

Ultimately I think they work well together. I'm really happy with how they both turned out. The two deserved to be set together as Spinax is Hydraxon's good boi, not Maxalos

So in the beginning of my moc journey I made a lot of kongus with gunscythes. This was because I played kongu in one of the many, many continuous role plays that happened back during the heyday of bionicle's presence on Instagram. This was however the last scythe kongu I would build. It's from 2015

For this year's 810nicle Day, I made a set revamp of one of the more underrated characters in Bionicle.
She trusted easily, once.
Then strangers arrived to her land, promising greatness, claiming to be heroes, to represent her people. But it was all lies, and all too quickly, the so-called heroes became tyrants, and her people enslaved under a cruel master.
When new strangers arrived, real Toa, she was wise this time, wary. She would not be burned again.
Yet they proved themselves, helped her out of a tough place, and though they have their own goals different from hers, clearly just here in search of something, still they act as allies.
She does not so easily trust anymore, but they have earned hers.
More importantly, they have granted her the means to fulfill her own mission.
There can be no peace, for every day under the enemy's rule is inherently violent.
There will be no mercy, for her oppressor has shown none.
She will have no rest, until she has seen justice served.
But there will indeed be justice, unflinching and vicious as it may be.
Everyone on Bionicle tumblr, I would like to present to you...

HANNAH: RELOADED

While considerably smaller than the likes of Ussals or Manas, the Hannah are tough and tanky Rahi, uniquely well-suited to the intense pressure of deep-sea trenches and The Pit. Their sturdy constitution and hardworking nature, unfortunately, also makes them a perfect worker class for the new armies of the Barraki Carapar.

Hannah does not understand why everyone, Barraki and Toa alike, are after some specific mask, let alone one so dangerous and random, but nor does she particularly care.
She has one goal, on which she is laser-focused.
One reason for allying herself with the Mahri, for her mission aligns with theirs well enough.
One driving motivation, bolstered by her rage.

To kill the Crab Tyrant, Carapar.

To dismantle his empire and grind his undersea citadel to dust, just like the original fate of the League Of Six Kingdoms.

But above all else, to ensure her children never learn to fear the iron claw of oppression.
