Garden of Evil (Terraria au lorepost)

ill probably do art of this au eventually, but basically i made my terraria save into an AU and changed around a bunch of stuff. i wanted to write a good chunk of it down so i had it and could expand upon it later. feel free to send me asks about it! The hero of this world is Sable, a woman with long black hair a pinkish-red eyes, dropped into the world of Terraria as part of an ancient prophecy. standard. In Terraria's history, there are 3 gods. the first is terraria herself, creator of the planet, and mother of dryads and demons alike. the second is Cthulu, her god-brother, god of the ocean and skies. The third, the biggest change to the world, is the sun god. it went by many names over the centuries, born from Terraria taking the sun's fire, and plunging it into the earth's core, creating the underworld and it's denizens. as a united three, they represented life, death, and rebirth. the sun god acted as a guardian, helping guide each new life Terraria created. The order of the guide, an ancient civilization of knowledge bearers and divine messengers, was started in it's image. temples have long since been destroyed, both the lihzahrd and demons of the underworld driven to madness after the war, but sometimes solar robes can be found in the most well preserved of ruins. when terraria fell, and the moon lord was banished by the dryads, the sun god cast much of the waking world into cleansing fire, hoping to restore balance, absorbing it's essence unto itself. such a burden mutated the god's form, creating the wall of flesh. centuries later, Sabel finds herself washed up on the shores of a small island, faced with adventure and perils untold, and a prophecy that she is to save the world itself. if any of this is cheesy or entirely self indulgent, then good. im having too much fun lol. it's fun lore to go into a world with. as i said, send me asks if youre curious. i'll post about the corruption/crimson lore and the guide in my au too, since i deviate from the official lore pages a bit (or alot, in the guides case). thank u for reading :]
