Let’s help keep the 2017 health kick moving

Every time you think ‘What am I going to have for lunch?’ or ‘Did I remember to turn the oven off?’  these thoughts are contributing to what is called decision fatigue. You have 100s of thoughts like this every day, and they can be physically draining and tiring you out. We, at Gastronomy, believe that whatever we can do to help you eat better, feel better, and stick to that 2017 health kick of yours can only be a good thing. 

With that in mind, we would like to introduce to the idea of Pre-Ordering your lunch for the week or days ahead.

For example, you can call on a Monday and pre-order your lunch for every day your in the office of that week, or call on a Friday or even over the weekend for the following week. If you live or work in Hale Village we can even deliver it direct to you.

Give us a call on 0161 928 7870 to discuss this with us further, or pop in for a chat. We can make you a completely custom sandwich on either a White or Granary Bloomer or on our Gluten Free Bread. Along with that we have fresh soups made daily which can deliver to you, along with award winning pork pies, gourmet scotch eggs, home cooked sausage rolls and so much more!

Our Macmillan Coffee Morning was a fantastic success. Thanks so much to all our staff, the public and of course you! A delightfully pink dinner

On Thursday 20th October there’s going to be a delightful evening at Gastronomy. As part of the ‘Prevent Breast Cancers’ Turn Hale Pink’ campaign, where many businesses in Hale Village will be ‘turning pink’ for the week, beginning Saturday 15th October, we will be host to a delightfully ‘pink dinner’ of our own.

At £25 per ticket, enjoy a glass of pink fizz on arrival at 7:30pm followed by:

- Beetroot & Apple Soup with Greek Yogurt,

- Salmon Teriyaki served with glass noodle and herb salad,

- Finally, Pink Pana Cotta with shortbread.

We are delighted to welcome Professor Tony Howell who will also be there to speak on research progress with questions welcome.
