I think a common misconception about hunters are that we get immense pleasure out of seeing something die. I, personally, don't enjoy the death part but know in my heart of heart that the animal is going to sustain my family and I for a long time. The basic human need for protein, and knowing that I am supporting that need, is what drives me.
