yesterday (chill)

we scheduled our date yesterday, Saturday as stay-in. we ate lunch, lechon kawali my fave and watched art of getting by & barcelona we just spent the whole day being unproductive af, hahaha i already finished his ppt 4 and i’m still waiting for other ppts so i can finish the exercises on previous ppts that i skipped cos we thought he wont need it. anyway, it was a fun day!!! :) 

i’ll surely miss dates like this when we’ll both have FUCKED UP SCHEDULE on the next terms. im pissed.

About last night,

We fought, I made things bigger than it actually is, I am short tempered.

In the middle of the fight, I told him maybe he’s better off without me. Being that high maintenance that I am, I know he’s having a hard time as well. And I don’t want him to carry the heaviest luggage anymore, that he’s been carrying for three years now. I thought what’s best for him is to leave me alone. 

And he doesn’t like it. He said it’s the worst for him.

I talked to my friend, JM, I opened up and she said “ ANG SWERTE MO NA MAY ISANG TAO NA KINAKAPITAN KA KAHIT BUMIBITAW KANA” hings that made me realize that Cross really loves me. 

And I’m just this futuristic pessimistic thinking he won’t keep up on me, after three years that he actually strived to kept up.

I’m that 1 out of 10; 9 others are chasing their boys but I don’t even chase mine, he won’t let go of me. With that, I’m forever grateful.

Life update:

Life Group. Ate Kholyn, called her 144 leaders to a cafeteria date in Caffe La Tea to talk about our plans in the future (filmshowing that I invited two of my bestfriends, Kim and Shannel on Tuesday - May 2) and she discussed about the mentoring that happened in Pampanga last Monday. She treated us the food since she said that we barely have a life group meeting. I’m grateful that she’s my LG leader. 

Of being lolo and lola. Cross and I are actually turning into a lolo and lola. Last night, he was supposed to go to an overnight with his friends, he’s the type of a friend that actually never misses every barkada’s gala. But last night, he said he’s lazy to go and chose to play dota on his laptop instead even if his friends are forcing him. I teased him that his becoming a lolo like me. 

Of being matured daw. So I realized awhile ago that we can actually not push through our scheduled date this weekend in Trinoma because we don’t have our money yet + I want to celebrate after his Midterms instead. I’m setting priorities now cos I want him to get high grades this term.

HAPPY LEGALITY SHANNEL!!! 

we all met at arca yard, 5pm. we ate our hearts out, pizza nachos fries sushi then we headed to the bar. we ordered, one tower of idk + and for us, (gene and i) one tower of pina colada. HAHAHAH #babyalert 

we had fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) we were overwhelmed w the idea that we’re complete again. HAY

It’s a Saturday, and Cross’ fam invited me again to a heat escape! 

They fetched me 7am. We arrived in Amana before 12nn. Why so late? One reason, all of the resorts are fully booked. (It’s black Saturday btw!!) 

DRAMA: (Always good for the blog) When we were looking for the cottage... there are people who already occupied ours & they can not even present their receipt or the occupied stub and it took them long to get out?!

We had lunch!! And the 3 of us swam. HAHAHAHA or maybe watched every swimming pool drama. Hahaha! 

+ IT TOOK US (JA AND I) AN HOUR TO GET IN TO THE SHOWER COS OF THE FREAKING LINE! It’s insane! 

We had dinner at Ningnangan in Guiguinto! :)

Cross has been visiting me to finish he circuits notes, that I enjoy doing. Sunday, he went here after our church. Just a stay in date. Monday, we planned to go to Caffe la tea, and did the work there. 

I FINALLY VISITED MY PRETTY DENTIST. And had my tooth filled in permanently! After that we went to Cafe Nenzo and ordered Trio Cheese!

I discovered Marie Lozano a lifestyle host/journalist of ABSCBN. She’s career, travel and fitness goals!!!!

APRIL 8

We left early even if they said the program will start at 4pm, but it really started at 5pm. Anyway, Ate Nene came with us as we fetch Get in school after her exam. We arrived around 2pm and as soon as we arrived I felt the need to go to the washroom and unfortunately, it’s Quirino Grandstand, there were just portable toilets scattered around and I don’t use portable toilets, unfortunately. 

So along Kalaw Ave., we found a washroom and we had lunch in Chowking as well. I still remembered the time I went for a drug test in Kalaw with my friend. ANYWAY... So while we were waiting for our orders, the electricity went down and suddenly there was an earthquake, it’s longer than the past days. We can see the signal light post shaking and the hanging lights. It was so creepy. 

But what bothered me most is the hotness, of course there we no aircon at all but we still managed to eat. After that we went to the grandstand and met our churchmates. 

We finally saw Pastor Cesar Castellanos, he doesn’t speak English because he’s from Colombia. Their language is Spanish so he has his interpreter.

So weeks ago, I told my mom I will attend the ExcelLance this year at Sofitel, it’s an awards night for iCOMM students. As weeks pass by, I feel lazy to put on effort to find a dress and other things as I’m also busy in my school works as well. Being the lazy person I am, I decided not to go. 

A week ago, our church announced about this G12 gathering, Pastor Cesar will visit PH. So it’s a big event in Quirino grandstand. My cellgroup leader told us not to miss the chance. So I set my mind that I’ll go here instead. 

Yesterday, my friend Calista talked to me and convinced me to go to ExcelLance and I told her I’ll think about it overnight and I said yes to her before the day ended. I borrowed a dress to my sister’s friend, Zofia. The gown came today, Friday it’s pretty but I couldn’t find support from anyone and it feels wrong to go. 

Maybe it’s God’s plan that I couldn’t find a way to go. Maybe it’s better to have a good time with Him tomorrow. :)

{wed, april 5th} 

It’s been awhile. I’m writing this because I have one finals exam left tomorrow, my major, Comm Theories. I decided to go to school early tomorrow to review and just rest for tonight.

I attended Encounter God Weekend again as staff this time, it was fun as usual even though I missed a beach trip with Cross’ family in Bataan. I’m not regretting I spent my days with the Lord.

Monday -

Cross went early I tried to cook pancakes for him but it was a failure because we have no butter. SIGH. So my mom took us to 8 Kings instead and I studied Sociology and around 5pm we went to Starbucks to start his Circuits notes (he needed my artsy side! lol) I LOVE THIS DAY.

Finals Exams turned out easy… or maybe I just studied. :-)

life has been good. my period is on its 4th day.

hello everyone so right now t’s tuesday, i went home early cos we don’t have world lit anymore life is good. i finished the final paper, memorized half of my speech on thursday and… finished weight lifting today. MY HEART IS FULL.

Thank You Lord for giving me enough time to be productive today! I want to catch up with the interwebz cos i’ve been gone for too long. I want to backread and binge-watch on youtube.

Anywaaaay…

SATURDAY -

i went to cross’ house since it’s our meeting place before going to planetarium with jara. so we rode a jeep and walked under the sun it was too hot but it’s fun and we’re all excited. so there’s a line in the planetarium and we’re expecting to watch the 10:30am show unfortunately we got the tix for 1pm instead. after falling in line and getting the tix, around 11:30 we rode the jeep once again to sm manila and had lunch at hotstar + bought snacks (jara - brownie chips, cross - three buster quickly, me - matcha quickly) and we went back to planetarium once again and enjoyed the ~goldilocks~ show, but the two beside fell asleep. :-(

we went to national museum as well!! photo ops and stuff. <3

and around 3:30 jara and i were experiencing a severe toothache so i asked them if i can go back to the bag counter and take my meds and they went with me and asked if we wanted to go home (their place) already and we decided to go home. we took lrt home. and i took a shower and cuddled w cross after!

SUNDAY -

after sunday mass, we went to tito cris’ house to my surprise they cooked my favorites - pinakbet and bagnet! i ate a lot and after that we decided to go to s&r but before that we had to wait for tito cris’s bball game at dona ata!

we had so much fun, ate a lot of ice cream and pizza and soda and chicken.

LIFE IS ALL GOOD.

MONDAY -

i have an early call time for our filipino finals presentation. 4:30am.

but i left home at 4:30 cos why not? hahahaha my tito and mom drove me to school and we arrived around 5:10am. I LVOE TRAVELING EARLY COS NO TRAFFIC! imagine my usual travel time is 1 ½ hour. when it’s early, it’s less than an hour.

i’ve been emailing/send messages to beach resorts for a possible sponsorship. so far one has responded but they wanted to accomodate us in MAY. but i’m asking for april. :(

toothache

I’ve been suffering from a severe toothache for almost one week now, and I had the chance to go to the dentist today before I went to school for a practice. 

1. Dra. Jala tried to save my tooth and filled my tooth in a temporary pasta

2. It still hurts so I went back to her from school and said I want it to be pulled out

3. She gave me antibiotics good for 1 week and mefenamic for pain 

4. I’ll have my tooth pulled out next Friday and I’m excited ~ 

My mom and I had a breakfast date at Mcdo before my class. I finished ep15 of weightlifting. 

And tomorrow.. we’ll go to Planetarium!!!!!! ;-) life is still good

Yesterday, I told Cross about the screening of Indie Films. He wanted me to watch I’m Drunk, I Love You but they pulled out the film quickly so I wasn’t able to watch.

When I told him I actually have no plans on convincing him or anything but when he got home, he asked for the link that I was talking about and then he said “Tomorrow?” ofcourse I have classes but I wanted to watch. We had many conflicts, 1.) how to get there 2.) schedule

But of course our inner warriors were unleashed! Hahaha! I decided to skip my PE and Economics class. I attended Sociology because I’m going to report. Around 9:45 I already saw him infront of 7/11 and we walked around looking for street children to shoot for my Theology class and we couldn’t seem to find one until this little girl came and I told her I’m gonna buy her a meal if she’d let me shoot her and she said yes. Haha! #MissionAccomplished

So we took a jeep going to Quiapo then we rode FX to Pasig and we alight to Luna Mencia street then we just walked towards Cinema 76! We arrived way too early but it’s okay!

It’s a home theater style with comfy couches and throw pillows! It’s so nice. Angelito + IDILY is superb!!! Haha!

After watching, we craved for Bagnet so we went to the nearest mall there and ate at Bagnets place!!

TODAY WAS A FUN DAY. NEW PLACE, NEW ADVENTURE, NEW MEMORY.

Hola!! No photos cos i’m lazy.

Hello. I just got home from SM with Cross. He visited me today even if it’s a Sunday hehe (it’s because we got into a really long tiring fight since friday morning) he made suhol by buying me milktea, bread, siomai and shawarma rice. 

Anyway... life has been bullshit lately. IDK maybe it’s just my PMS. 

But I finally have a laptop charger and I’m almost done with Weightlifting. 

I worked out this friday and saturday. :-) 10 mins? lol

IDK!!! HAHAHA LIFE IS TIRING BUT YEAH WE JUST HAVE TO MOVE ON

Gell-o! I've been away again. :-) I miss my laptop so much. That's why. The exhibit is now open until Friday... I was so tired yesterday which is the opening day! But hard work pays off. I'm proud of my blockmates for being so responsible and artsy. My first ever photo exhibit + modeling. Lol I love the jeepney driver photo!!! Cross went to see me yesterday to eat the donuts I packed for him. We had lunch at KFC and spent the remaining time in TNC. — we ate so much last Sunday!!! i love family day so much. we went to Ningnangan Malolos & grabbed jco donuts on the way home and burgers and fries!!! thanks to our kuya Jobert ❤️ I MISS WORKING OUT BUT WHATEVER

March 8 The first jeep I rode made us alight in RPapa for some reasons and I had a hard time riding a jeep going to Lawton and I thought I'm going to be late and I'm so pissed cos it's my extemporaneous speech schedule on Filipino but I still arrived on time and I was even earlier than my prof! I prepared for a speech about Sen. Trillanes, but I got a child protection policy... And I heard my seagmate ranting about her pick, which happens to be Sen. Trillanes so I said we could exchange and she agreed immediately. I got 86/100! March 9 I'm excited for this day cos it's tusok day!! I'm writing this while I'm insinde the library, with a Paulo Coelho book beside me and I just got up from my 30-min nap. I'm waiting for my groupmates cos we're scheduled to buy stuff from Divi for a Photog class. Such a hassle!

March 5, Sunday Today is our 37th month! And I planned that we'll meet at The Yard since the twins are going to a party just in front of it. He came from Marikina because of their physics project. When we were about to cross the road we saw him getting off the tricycle. Haha, good timer! I was so happy that time. Because we get to celebrate our monthsary on time even if it's a Sunday + with my family. The food we ate: Wings, shrimp & black mussels, fish blow juice, nachos, frappe, fries, twisted donuts & churro cone ice cream. I almost lost his phone because I unconsciously left it in a stall... When we called it someone answered & said that we left it. THANK GOD!! We were so happy to be with my family because it doesn't happen than often. We dropped him at MCU around 9:45pm. Wishing this will happen more often. March 6, Monday Idk what happened hahaha this day was a blur I just remembered going home late because of a meeting for Economics music video. March 6, Tuesday Radio production practice. Room reservation for music video. Talking about ExcelLance. And cutting World Lit to see Cross. Haha! I also started reading a Paolo Coelho book! I MISS MY LAPTOP THAT'S WHY MY UPDATES SUCK

Mid-day update

Because why not? It's Saturday. I decided not to attend my Photography class. I finished cleaning 3 fans, had froot loops for breakfast & now reading Another Day, I'm down to last 100 pages. Planning to finish it before this day ends and maybe watch Weightlifting in a while. I've been distancing myself from people... Cos I don't want them get too attached and the same thing to me. I let them do their things without me cos not every thing includes me. Ok. I'm weird since last night. I just feel like... I should stop reaching out too much. Still hoping for brightness for the rest of the day.
