I was going out of my MIND struggling with character likenesses, which is a REAL PROBLEM when you plan on drawing tons of comics about them.

After banging my head on the table and tearing my hair out didn't seem to work, I doodled practice sketches of @gelly-art's queen bitch– I mean, Drow Sorceress instead, about to gauge someone's eyes out for stepping on their toe or something.

Or maybe for just existing.

I dunno.

Partners in Crime

It was @gelly-art's Birthday back in August! 🎉 And since she was dealing with a ton of stress, life was kicking her in the teeth, and we've both been neck deep in Baldur's Gate 3, I wanted to do a little something to take her mind off things.

To that end I Cameo'd Neil Newbon, asked him to wish her a Happy Birthday, and drew her Drow, Zumara, alongside Astarion as they leave a trail of broken hearts and broken-er ribs across Faerûn. 🗡

One of the hotfixes nerfed Sussur Blooms, Gelly's favourite method for dispatching Balthazar, and she's still salty about it. Until such a time as she can reverse-pickpocket them again, I hope this picture and the memories of the OG "Sussurstarion" will suffice

The phrase "Astarion, you ignorant slut" entered my mind a week ago and hasn't left since and that's the only reason this exists.

Somebody ended up getting Charmed during the fight with Nere and I'd overlooked it, meaning that an attack of opportunity got triggered when I ran Zumara past him, oops, and I imagine she was none too pleased about that.
