" lazy morning " - ganyu x keqing word count - 314

a few rays of sunshine scattered across their bedroom, ganyu sitting on keqing's lap while facing her, admiring her beauty with drowsy eyes, trying to stay awake.

"we really have to get up, y'know..."

keqing's sweet voice trailed off as she tried to get up despite the fatigue she was feeling, only for ganyu to gently push her back into the warm and fluffy sky blue pillows -- pillows that keqing specifically bought because of her girlfriend's soft blue hair.

the qilin nuzzled her head against keqing's chest, resting her hands on her hips, tightly embracing her girlfriend.

"5 more minutes -- just 5, i sweaaar" ganyu quietly mumbled. keqing raised her left hand to caress her darling's hair, her elegant hand intertwining with the silky smooth blue strands, as her right elbow was propped up on the pillow that her back was resting on. it's not like she actually wanted to get up, it's just that there was so much work that needed to be done, and so the only thing that ganyu's intervention actually did was feeding into her desire to just rest for a little bit longer, to stay next to her loved one, even if in silence. no words were needed, really, as they knew exactly how much they yearned for each other's warmth. keqing moved her right arm slowly to lie on the bed properly, her hands moving to bring ganyu into a hug. ganyu looked up at her with dazzling eyes, giggling quietly and placing a sweet loving peck on her lips.

as she was about to pull away, keqing cupped her cheek with her tender hand, pulling her back in for a small -- but full of passion -- kiss, dropping her head back on the fluffy pillows right after. "such a flirt" ganyu remarked, lowering her head on keqing's chest once more, feeling her heartbeat as she falls back asleep.
