ok listen. you are so much closer than you think. here’s how i know:
✧ you feel weirdly disconnected from this reality. like everything’s just… off. like you’re not meant to be here anymore. it’s not scary, just kind of floaty. like your soul already left and your body’s lagging behind.
✧ you keep dreaming of your DR. maybe it’s vague. maybe it’s flashes. maybe you wake up crying because it felt so real. spoiler alert: it was.
✧ you’re not even trying anymore. not in a giving up way. more like, you’ve surrendered. you're not obsessing. you're letting it flow. and that energy? that’s powerful as hell.
✧ angel numbers are following you. 111, 222, 555 everywhere. you check your phone, it’s 11:11. you buy a snack, it’s $3.33. you KNOW what that means.
✧ your body is exhausted. and not just because you’re tired. because you’re shifting in your sleep. because part of you is already there.
✧ you’ve started seeing little signs a name, a quote, a location. something that shouldn’t feel familiar but somehow does. it’s like your DR is bleeding into your CR.
✧ time doesn’t feel real. everything’s glitching. days blur. moments loop. sometimes you genuinely feel like you’re in a dream. that’s because you are.
✧ you feel like crying for no reason. or laughing. or both. your DR self is literally sending you emotions. they miss you. they love you. they know you’re trying.
✧ you’re reading this right now. that’s not a coincidence.

Sue me, but I think you’ll make more progress in five minutes of spiraling than in five years of trying to shift.

Hear me out:
Ever heard binaural beats? Put 528 Hz in one ear, 520 Hz in the other. You don’t actually hear either one directly. Your brain locks onto the difference: 8 Hz. Your awareness detects contradiction because it effectively responds to dissonance.
Reality works exactly like that. When you're fully holding:
“I already have it” AND “But I don’t see it right now,” you're living in a frequency clash.
The system hates that. Awareness can’t remain in pure contradiction. So it starts syncing to the resolution. It starts looking for that “8 Hz” that makes sense of the noise.
And when you crash out—when you’re crying, screaming, losing your mind over how the logic literally does not add up, because you KNOW, in every fiber of you, that this thing is yours but it’s not appearing—that moment is not a failure.
It’s not you wavering, it’s your awareness detecting a mismatch and equalizing.
The illusion is that you need to “believe better” or “assume more correctly” or “stay calm” for things to shift. Noooo. Realizing the bullshit is the gateway and crashing out is the recalibration. You're slamming two contradictory states together so hard that awareness is forced to adjust the observable reality to match your strongest signal— which, in that moment, is: “I KNOW I HAVE IT, BECAUSE I CAN’T INTEND TO HAVE SOMETHING AND NOT HAVE IT, SO IT MUST BE RIGHT HERE. I KNOW IT’S HERE, THE LACK IS FAKE!”
That creates movement. Five minutes of looking around at your CR like “I know I already have it, so what the fuck is this??” hits your awareness like a seismic wave.
Don’t fear the contradiction because you think wavering and checking the 3d kills your intention. Because the frequency of that dissonance is the only sound awareness can’t unhear.
“Wait, but won’t I then be observing a reality where I have it, but don’t see it?”
Well, is that what you intend? I know you’re smart. You intend to have your desire already. To shift. Now let go of this awful idea that they implanted in your mind, that if you check for proof, automatically you’re done for.
Check for proof, because if you don’t see it in front of your eyes right this second while intending to have it, then what you’re seeing simply isn’t real. Remember that the proof that you have your desire, is not seeing your desire itself, but the action (intention) you took to have that outcome.
I know you feel crazy. I know you’re practically tearing your hair out and wondering what the hell you’re doing wrong, why you’re not shifting.
But your logic is fine. Your sanity’s intact. What you’re feeling is the pressure of suppressed knowing. Like trying to sit calm in a burning building because someone told you you had to “trust.”
No. Scream. Bust the fucking door down. Delete Tumblr. Tell these bloggers (myself included) to shove their advice. You don’t need all of this, because you already know what’s yours. That’s why you can’t quit or let this go.
When you’re crashing out in tears, you’re not “blocking your manifestation,” you’re sweating it out like a fever breaking.
Stop thinking the dissonance means you’re wrong. It means you’re too right to ignore.
Caveat: the way I shifted after two years (more like a decade tbh, I’ve known about quantum jumping since I was ≈10) was by questioning the glitch, crashing out, and calling out the bullshit.
Even now, the way I continue to expand my consciousness, simplify my way of shifting/manifesting, and learn (realize) new things always comes back to:
“if I know w, have x, and can do y, THEN LOGICALLY I HAVE Z”
That’s why—to me—calling out the flaw in the illusion always works no matter what.

help ??
ive been trying to get into the void state in order to shift after a weird experience I had while trying to shift (using sleep methods), and i assumed that the weird state i was in was the void. I felt the disoriented falling sensation in a black void, i kinda saw like stars reaaaaally far away. But i kinda felt that my eyes were closed, and i could still slightly feel my bed and stuff if i accidentally become too ‘aware’ of my body. 
I enter this state really easily when i nap, basically just say a few affirmations, daydream a bit until im ‘asleep’, and then just slip into that weird inbetween awake and asleep place. I can usually hear the words that make up my thoughts, but I can still tell that its in my head and its a thought, but when I finally slip into that state my thoughts get like a million times louder and it actually sounds like i said them out loud. I freaked myself out the first time because I live with my family and didn’t want them to hear if i said something in my sleep lmao.
when i opened my eyes, i ‘woke up’ after a weird look at my surroundings. It was accurate to where i fell asleep, but everything was weirdly brighter (that ‘dream’ lighting that dreams sometimes have). The weirdest part was if i kept my eyes closed, I could move around my room and stuff, but as soon as I opened my eyes, I was back at the same position I was when i fell asleep. Kind of like sleep paralysis, but not really?? It isn’t a real dream either, my dreams are usually full of other people and like wayyy weirder than just my room. If i had to describe it, they almost feel like minishifts? (ive never actually shifted yet so idk for sure)? 
Everything definitely feels super realistic, but i guess not completely like reality, meaning that ‘moving around’ feels less strenuous in this weird state. Other than that, touch, hearing, everything feels really realistic. Except i cant really open my eyes for longer than half a second without being kicked out of that state so idk. 
What makes me feel like these are shifts of some kind is that things in my room are just ever so slightly different. The first time I did it, I heard my dad come in and turn on + move the fan in my room and saw him do it for a split second. When I slipped out of that state and actually woke up, the fan was in its original position, off, and my dad said he never came into my room. Most recently (like an hour ago), I experimented by feeling around my room and feeling (bc i couldnt see my eyes were closed). I found my phone in its usual spot, but it felt really different from my actual phone. I peeked a little, and saw that i had a samsung galaxy instead of my iphone 11??? I was able to use it by slightly opening my eyes and closing them again when i felt myself ‘wake up’ a little, and I was able to take pictures of myself , but as soon as i tried to actually look at my photos i woke up lmao. My phone read the time ‘11:40’ instead of the actual time I fell asleep, which was around 4.
Although its super easy to fall out of this state, its also super easy to slip back into. One of the other interesting times today that i fell into it, four of my friends were in my room sleeping next to me? I could hear their voices, feel them moving around and stuff. I asked them about shifting and stuff, and they sounded like they knew what i was talking about even though my friends irl have no idea about this and would definitely never be sleeping in my room.
I really dont know what i can do to stay more grounded in whatever state this is. This is gonna sound unhinged, but i’ve even licked my wall to try and stay (it was really dusty tasting). I’ve never actually left my room in this state, usually ive just remained in my room. I might try opening the door in future attempts and exploring more. The first time i tried exploring, I ran forwards outta my bed thinking i was in a weird void and ran smack into my wall, haha. So im assuming that the layout of the rest of my house would be the same. Its kinda hard to explore when i wake up every time i open my eyes. It kinda feels like that one episode of adventure time where Finn had to keep his eyes closed or he gets transported back to that dungeon, except i keep getting transported back to my bed.
The first few times, i tried to influence the ‘dream’ into being more like my actual DR, to literally 0 effect. Now I’m just trying to remain grounded first and see what i actually can do. ive figured by now that this is probably NOT the void state, and maybe its just in between being awake and dreaming, but im really not sure of whats happening.
I have a few questions for those who are more experienced in shifting, lucid dreaming, etc. 
What the actual heck is happening??
Has anyone else had this or am i insane
How can I stay grounded?
How can I use whatever this is to actually shift?

Hey y'all, are you the type to call your yourself lazy? Can't wait to enter? Don't wanna try and just wanna sleep and enter? Think it's easier for you to be the careless mf and enter tonight? Here's a sleep method that literally can make you wake up in the void regardless of what the fuck is happening.
I call it, the "too easy" challenge bc mf the effort is not even there, like I'm not gonna even tell you to lay still or yada yada, I entered the void through it some years ago when I was in my shifting phase and didn't know it was the void, and it's my fav method so far, and y'all, you'll seriously shift or enter the void during those 7 days bc y'know how powerful this shit is???
Now I've seen a lotta people whine and say they lay back, try for it, and "don't enter" which is obviously your assumptions that you can't enter is in the way, so I thought, how about letting them know they can skip this part and just sleep and wake up there? Fun eh?
If anyone remembers, this is actually something a lot of shifters used to do back then, but the toxic shifttokers would be like "NO YOU CANTTT, YOU GOTTA PUT EFFORT TO SHIFTTT" nah fuck you, then how come some ppl shifted through it, like be fr and how "effortless" it was. 🤨
What will you need?/
ONE affirmation of choice:
I always wake up in the void state aware.
The void is too easy to wake up in.
Why do I always wake up in the void aware?
No matter what I do, I still wake up in the void aware.
I just gotta sleep and I'll wake up in the void aware everytime.
I always wake up in my home. (Aka DR).
I always shift in my sleep.
I can always shift by sleeping.
Sleeping helps me shift anywhere I want.
Shifting is too easy for me, I can do it in my sleep (fav).
A subliminal you like:
Can be anything, choose something you like that is either for shifting or the void state, doesn't even matter which or what, just choose something that you love and stick to ONLY ONE.

During the days and the nights and literally through anything, just affirm without needing anything, like, your wish if you wanna do robotic affirming or feeling with it while affirming, just remind yourself your goal, Go about your day repeating ONE affirmation, and this can be anything, the reason I'm saying one is bc you don't need a bunch, just one, choose one from here based on what your goal is, shifting or the void?, the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep repeat it whenever you like.
Now, this is optional, but if you like, you can loop the desired subliminal you chose during the the day, it's as you wish if you want to.
Now, sleep comes around, right? Listen to the suggestibility subliminal I provided there only once, simply once, now grab yo favorite earphones or whatever and loop the SUBLIMINAL overnight.
Don't think about it, literally don't, don't say "will this work or whatever" nope, trust and know, loop the sub in the background while you sleep, and in that moment, repeat this specific affirmation.
Subconscious mind, I command you to wake me up in (desired reality/ the void).

My routine as someone who shifts almost every week.

There doesn't have to be any pressure on shifting, you don’t have to do it at a specific moment. My routine takes either a moment, a day, or a week. I do specific things in preparation to shift, it isn’t a method, more so a ritual, something to help me align myself with where I want to be.   
I. Bask in who you want to be, spend mornings doing this practice, do it before a nap, before you go to bed, while you eat, etc. Settle in your mind, take this time to be in your desired selfs mind. Think about slow moments, your morning routine, the view outside your window, basking in the sun, anything of the sort; let yourself live in moments from your dr. I've noticed I shift more when I have practiced this throughout the day. 
II. Tell yourself that you are there, that you are indeed experiencing these things. Affirm how many times you feel, you are where you are. Don’t put any pressure on yourself to believe anything, just affirm. Sweep away intrusive thoughts, let them pass and focus on who and where you are. 
III. Each reality has its own soul, familiarize yourself with how your chosen reality feels. Whenever you want to go there invoke this feeling, remember the slow moments, relax and live in your dr. 
IV. I lie in bed and when I'm getting sleepy I visualize myself where I want to be and I’m there, I focus on what I am doing at that moment in that reality. 
V. After I come back I take a couple days to step away from shifting, I don’t think about going anywhere else. I try to live in this reality and when I feel I want to leave again, I begin at step one.
