A place to keep all my sadness, wrapped up as a gift never to be presented. I don’t put tws on this blog, although there wouldn’t be much to tag anyways. This is meant to be a place where I can wallow & ruminate.

what does it mean when someone wants to do “exclusive friends with benefits” and tells you to not get attached but spends hours talking with you at night until they fall asleep even on the nights you say good night early
#like sir this is a relationship#personal#txt#I guess this is what people mean by ‘short term relationship’#because the only reason he said fwb is because we have no future together#not even one that he wants to try for#and you’d think it would be easy to just cut it off there#but then we talk about cutting it off and keep putting that off#like we’re supposed to take a break so I can get over him#but we put that off until after I’m back in the city so I can see him one last time#but no way he’s attached right#or even if he is he has better coping skills#I don’t. I believe in better. and he believes in the life that was laid out for him and stalling until he inevitably has to face it#but in a way we are the same#and I’ve been here before and I don’t like it

It's important to remember that God is there both when you feel at one with the love in the world and when you feel as if you need to crawl out of your own skin. Even then God is there
