(tweaked) Headcanons about Vivienne:

Birth name is Xiang Mei Hera -- Chinese first name on mother's side and Japanese surname on father's side. Used Vivienne as her 'Americanized' name. Married Andrew Rhea and kept his last name after their divorce. Still answers to her birth name but anyone who is not her parents say it and they will get a dirty look.

Spent her first 13 years of life in Tokyo, mainly with a nanny and a string of private tutors as her parents travelled a lot for Arasaka. She was involved in a private debate team, self defense classes and trained as a skilled swordsman and sharpshooter in her spare time. At 14 she started travelling with her parents and was tutored online, the only extracurricular she could stay in easily was debate. They arrived at Night City when she was 18 and she concluded her final school year at Arasaka Academy.

Fluent in English, Japanese, Mandarin and French.

Married to a finance officer, named Andrew Rhea, at Arasaka who worked with her mother. She was 22 and he was 39 when they married, divorced 5 years later. Vivienne has two kids with Andrew - a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy - and a 15-year-old stepson from her ex she is still in contact with.

Allegedly had been sleeping with 3 others in counterintel, one of which was Jenkins.

Has a dog she "saved" from a Biotechnica target who had been stepping on Arasaka's toes trying to pull information on a project-- she had been tasked with getting herself into his place, finding out what he knew and killing him. She found he had a Doberman pup and decided he didn't deserve her. She lives with Vivienne still and her name is Bebe.

Maybe Arasaka's cutthroat practices were still too deeply ingrained, maybe it was Night City's pessimistic impressions left on her. Maybe it was just that ever-present paranoia that gnawed at her whenever it was inconvenient; Vivienne didn't trust corpo agents. At least this one hadn't any reason to earn her ire- it didn't stop her from including him in things to keep her wits sharp around.

Doing a casual rundown of V's special weapons (if he could have his own custom iconic(s) ): SPECTRE - Modified Lexington with custom black and green color scheme and custom silencer, scope slot available. Ability: Critical hits on enemies that have hit you will apply a 20% chance of applying electrical damage. 40% chance of applying electrical damage on critical if the target is an enemy netrunner that has locked onto you. Tagline: Like its owner, this gun holds a grudge and returns it in twofold.

DAEMON - Modified Dian smart submachine gun with a black and green color scheme, custom scope. Ability: 10% chance to apply a quickhack to target, quickhack dependent on the area of body targeted. Chances increase an additional 10% if target has been hit with Demidevil.

DEMIDEVIL - Modified neurotoxin-styled knife. Increased return time, 2% for every 3 points in Cool. Ability: Uploads a daemon to weaken target's resistance to quickhacks on a successful critical hit. Tagline: No chemicals here, the neurotoxin in this knife has been replaced by an ICE-breaking system that interacts with the target's cyberware.
