sorry to any inky who tries hiding in their room. yuv can reach the balcony. this is what they'd see if they opened the door after hearing noise from outside

yuv first discovers his ability to shapeshift after a particularly bad nightmare ( memory? ) where he was … someone else? volitha was there, though. they were in the woods searching for something and then there was a flash of metal. yuvon woke up in a sweat … and in a pile of his own feathers. it doesn’t take much longer to figure out why and he notices his body is changed. yuvon screams.

yuv waking up in his elven form for the first time running to solas while holding an armful of his own feathers and crying about how he’s bald now too

elfroot is like catnip to yuv. consequently, he can’t use elfroot based healing potions without it making him….loopy, for a lack of better words. on the bright side, it acted as a sort of morphine after the rld fight because he was too out of it to notice the pain.

yuv finally being able to shed his elven skin while in the lighthouse because he spent the majority of the time after dai being chased by venatori and various demon / monster hunters.

take yuv along into the cauldron and he gets really stressed out

i think yuv & assan would EVENTUALLY get along but yuv can’t even understand him and it’s frustrating.

him not being seen as a griffon at all and more just a demon. he had a proverbial fall after the inquisition. somehow , someway — blood was collected from him and it revealed demonic ichor. he was labeled as a demon. something to be hunted. not a griffin, merely one pretending to be one. venatori responsible. perhaps even the grey wardens themselves. fear mongering spread if the rest of the way. that’s why he uses his elven form almost explicitly by dav. it was hard for him at first. he hated it and it was hard for him to maintain. but. he got better at it.

yuvon sobbing when he gets into the elfroot [ catnip for him ] because he’s got no thumbs and can’t hold a book to read and/or he’s flipped on his back and can’t find his wings

yuv having to use his elven disguise more in the event the inquisition is disbanded because there’s been groups popping up focused on hunting him. trophy hunters of sorts. he no longer has a army to hide behind. and, it helps with finding sol..as without drawing too much attention.
