This is a fantastic shot. I have certainly felt the impact of the Wolf Moon. January is my birth month and I am an Aquarian and proud to be one, a little quirky, spontaneous, adventurous, contrary. I don’t like to be like anybody else and am very outspoken. I have felt uneasy these last few weeks, but then again I always do after Christmas at the start of a new year, my anxiety levels shoot up, but I have got them more or less under control, healthy eating and more walking in the fresh air.

Weds 20th Oct
Its been a while - I have booked some short breaks and have been to Majorca for three nights - I had missed this place. I stayed in Alcudia and walked and cycled to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca as well. We had beautiful weather (early September) and I so needed the break as work had been hectic.
My other one night break to Liverpool was as ever amazing, I love Liverpool so much, it holds such memories for me. Ate at Crust Pizza on Bold Street and enjoyed the buzzing night scene as I walked there and back from my hotel just outside the city in the Georgian district.
My next break is November when I venture to Malmo in Sweden, flying to Copenhagen and travelling across the Oresund Bridge (made famous by the show The Bridge (a favourite show of mine and my favourite ever character the Police Detective Saga of Malmo Police Dept!). I simply cannot wait to go as I have been wanting to travel to Sweden for so long, lots to explore and then I can plan my next trip to Stockholm as well.
My fourth break is in Prague for my birthday in January, three nights and I am looking forward to exploring all this city has to offer. #solotravel #solotravelling #europe #shortbreaks #travel #culture #cities #beach #spain #majorca #alcudia #pollenca #portdepollenca #copenhagen #malmo #prague #oresundbridge #thebridge #saga

Not written anything for a while. I feel tired at the moment, I have been sleeping loads, maybe it is catching up with me, when I am on a high I wake really early and it goes on for a few days and then I think my body wants to sleep!
Leaving work soon and thinking what to eat when I get home! Im always preoccupied with food ha ha, roll on pay day so I dont feel as if I have to scrimp. My son is at home but I bet he wont have made my tea! I could always get him to put a spud in the oven so I can have prawns on top....hmmm maybe 🤔

I would just say I lost by job after being furloughed for 6 months so I have been hit by the pandemic also... but I am getting on with life the best we can despite lockdowns etc. Life is getting better I have had one vaccination and waiting for my second. My friend also has had her first dose. We shall see what happens! #RANTOVER

Im writing this at work as I have a lull in workload. I haven't written for a while but feel the need to vent. My friend is full on COVID stressed and I haven't seen her since November last year and whenever I bring it up she says that I am trying to catch her out...or if she doesn't want to meet then she can say no. The point I was trying to make in asking her why she never answers me when I ask the question of meeting up! That is the fact of the matter, she ignores it! and pretends I wont notice. All she says is this pandemic has left everyone feeling different and how they live their lives has changed. Therefore she is spending more time with her husband and doing her own thing or as she likes to call it “being really busy”. She has her art but she doesn't have a job like I do. I go to work during the Pandemic since I got this job, in October last year and I have had to carry on...I cant work from home. So my experiences of COVID19 are different to hers.
I take this to mean that she wants to go out, but she doesn't, she is scared to go out but she hasn’t got agoraphobia - or so she says - but I am left without my friend and no way of bringing it up as I get shot down. I feel let down by her...I said the situation shouldn't affect friendships...these transcend obstacles and unforeseen circumstances, in my opinion anyway. She I have decided to put up and shut up and wait for her to come round from whatever crisis she fears is happening....whether it is real (obviously it is to her) and when she can see the light at the end of the tunnel.....I hope the latter happens sooner rather than later.

Jenna Coleman in The Serpent. The clothes were amazing, flares, multi colored sleeveless tops, linen and peasant tops and triangle bikinis. Hot pants and head bands. Perfection. #theserpent #jennacoleman #taharrahim #bbcdrama #truestory #crime #truelifecrimedrama

Love the clothes worn by Florence Pugh in Little Drummer Girl - so much more stylish in the 60s and 70s.

Sunday is a good day for catching up on reading writing playing records and making lovely food. So far I’ve made cauliflower cheese and I’m eyeing up the rhubarb and custard hot cross buns to make a dessert ..I’ll post a pic later. The rain is stopping and the sun coming out so I’ll be going for a walk soon. Happy Sunday everyone ⭐️

Thursday 18th March 21
So I had my vaccine today! Yay. I have a sore arm, but feel no ill effects so far but am taking it easy tonight, having some food and putting my feet up. I have exercised loads over the last week or so - on a new health kick and thoroughly enjoying my new hobby! I love walking. Need some good walking boots now. I need to research more walks around my area and looking forward to lockdown easing and going further afield. First on my list are Liverpool and Manchester. I’m doing a journal again, I find it so calming and focuses me - it also helps to document how I feel, the plans I have and calms me - all great mindfulness things that help with my mental health which is so much better.
This is partly due to my weight loss which has been helped by my walking, my weight doesn't just affect my physical well being but also my mental health. Double whammy of serotonin from being happier and losing weight and also and the endorphins from the walking!
All very good. !

Tuesday.....
Hi there, Tuesday today and not my favourite day of the week but its slightly less stressful today, the weeks have been very very busy, so its set to quieten down a fair bit. Don't get me wrong I love being busy but it has been very stressful the last few months. Anyway the sun in shining and I am looking forward to a stroll at lunchtime to get some bread and butter...I’m thinking toast now, my favourite either with just butter or marmite or marmalade or black cherry or blackcurrant jam...or honey!! or cheese....I just love toast!!
Haha I love food full stop!

Thursday’s eye on the weekend
As I prepare to tick off my checklist of work today, I’m preparing for tomorrow, which is the project deadline (I don't think it will be reached but hey ho). Looking to the weekend to my walks, the first being the Slaithwaite Circular on Saturday just over 10 miles so that should be nice. I aim to find another new one for Sunday - weather set to be as nice as today so sunshine is always a bonus .. must download some new music to keep me company. Or maybe a podcast. happy Thursday everyone :)
