"I beg to differ, hun." She said jokingly while reaching out to ruffle the boys hair. The sly smirk she was sporting still sitting comfortably on her glossed lips. "That is a good question. Do a girl a favor and show her to the drinks table, will you?" Genevieve was actually excited for this party. A chance to talk with friends, let loose, and get caught up on the hottest gossip about whatever it was that she'd missed. Killing two birds with one stone. Or 3 in this case. "Dare I ask what's in that cup of yours?"
Court's grin somehow widened, his head bobbing as Ginger confirmed word of the win was spreading quickly after the game. Then again, pretty much all of the guys on the team had texted everyone they knew (or at least wanted to party with) while still in the locker room, wanting to ensure they had plenty of people to celebrate the night with them. "Thanks!" he said, holding up both his drinks as the smirk on his face grew sly, Court shrugging. "Not enough yet. We're celebrating! I think the better question is where is your drink?"

"They want us to keep up with homework when we can barely keep up with the Kardashins." There was an eye roll and a light sigh after her joking statement. Before school had started she had vowed to be a different person. A better version. Someone that her 16 year old self would think was cool or look up to, and having her nose in a book 24/7 was what she saw as taking steps backwards. She did promise herself she'd keep her grades up though, just not to the point that it would limit her social interactions. She was still working on that.
"And you know what it's like around here. There's always something going down." Especially what had happened this year. Ginger had actually managed to forget about it for majority of the day but now it was back..."There really isn't." She agreed forcing most of her smile to return. Cocking her head to the side she studied the girls face. Genevieve was sure she'd seen Eloise around and heard about her too. She was Genevieve Quinn for God sakes, she'd heard about everyone. "Its Eloise, right?"
Eloise style would be a copy of her mom's if she hadn't been so obsessed with what Greer would wear, what she would say.. what she would do. Eloise prided herself in trying to look like she knew what she was doing. (She does not). Her entire closet was filled with thrifting finds - at the very least, her mom taught her how to find the perfect staples and hidden gems. Eloise envied those with the perfect sense of style, she would take any advice if she could.
Eloise could relate to her words, nodding in agreement to her last statement. "I swear! How many hours of studying do they say needs to be done to keep up with the courses outside of class? Three, maybe four with homework? Add that with other classes, sports, parties, whatever else is happening on campus.." Her voice trailed off. Especially with whatever happened with Greer, she thought to herself. "I don't think there's enough hours in the day.

As she finished packing up the rest of her belongings, Ginger playfully narrowed her eyes at Roman. "A girl can dream, can't she?" Ginger wished she was surrounded by keg stands and jello shots. It was what she needed. That and to get away from the mountain of textbooks that had been occupying her life and the space inside her head for far too long now.
For whatever reason, crashing a private party seemed way more fun than a public one. There was something about breaking the rules and doing things most would say she shouldn't that excited her. "Private party? I'm so there." Pulling the strap of her bag over her shoulder she gave the boy a menacing smirk. "Oh, you know I do. Lead the way. How'd you end up getting the scoop on a private party anyways?"
ronan grins at ginger, watching as she began to pack her things. it didn't take her long to be convinced โ no college student would need too long to be talked out of studying to attend some party that's probably gonna be shit. " guess those keg stands and jello shots were floating around, just mostly in your head. " he teases her as they stand together, and make their way towards the exit.
" โ there's a DDD party going on tonight, i'm pretty sure, but that one just won't be as fun to crash. " ronan explains, looking through his phone, trying to figure out exactly what event are happening tonight. " there might be... a private party happening at c.ling right now. a friend of a friend of a friend's birthday party. wanna head there ? " he asks with an excitable grin on his features.

Genevieve gave the girl a short small chuckle through closed lips. "I may just have to start having people call me that." The girl took pride in how she dressed, anyone who saw her could tell. Even on what she would considered to be her "worst" fashion days or her "I won't run into anyone I know" outfits, her friends were always amazed at how whatever she had on seemed to match or be coordinated. They'd tease her about it too. "At least clumsy looks cute on you. Pen please." She reached out to take the pen once Eloise had handed it over and placed it into her bag.
"It was until I remembered I had an assignment due today. Thankfully I type fast and I turned it in before the deadline." She rolled her eyes. " Like, I know school is all bout studying and assignments but I'm starting to think my profs are having a competition to see who can make my life harder.
Oh, thank God, Eloise thought to herself as she followed Genevieve to the washroom. If one more thing went wrong this day, Eloise decided she would walk back into her dorm until it was a brand new one. She had already embarrassed herself enough - what else could go wrong? Eloise listened intently as her eyes went from the stain on her blouse to the person in front of her. Honestly, she would take any advice if it helped in the slightest. Taking the pen from Genevieve, Eloise followed her instruction, dabbing, not rubbing, the stain.
A bright smile washed over Eloise's lips as she watched the stain lift almost perfectly from her shirt. "You're, like, a fashion fairy," Eloise joked, laughing lightly as she handed the stain pen back to Genevieve. "The Fairy Godmother of fashion, if you will," she continued, the same joking expression on her features. "But, you could say that again. I feel like I woke in an alternate universe in which I'm the most clumsiest, late version of myself. Thank you, so much, by the way. Hopefully your day is going much better than mine."

Genevieve shook her head at the boy and his antics. His excitement and enthusiasm was almost endearing to watch. Looking at how pumped up everyone was she almost wished she'd actually been at the game, maybe she would've actually had fun. Making a mental note to get out of the house more, she gazed around the party before looking back at Courtney. "Good question. If I get a notification for one more reading assignment I'm literally gonna puke. Do a girl a favor and show her to the drinks table. I deserve to pretend my assignments are non existent."
The second she'd stepped in Ginger felt swallowed up by her surroundings almost immediately. The loud bass of the music, the swimming sea of students moving their bodies to the beat, and the loud conversations were all enough to make her feel like she were in a different realm given the quiet atmosphere she was in before. Lately she had decided to spend some time alone but had found herself longing for more social interaction. What better way to channel her inner social butterfly than by going to a party? Especially after the big win. A voice calling out to her interrupted her from her thoughts. Almost jumping at his presence her head snapped over to Court as he made his way towards her. The hug took her off guard but she still managed to give him a knowing smirk. "Only from about 20 different people this morning." She responded giving him a pat on the back. "Congratulations." Narrowing her eyes at him playfully she studied his features before speaking up again. "How much have you had to drink Courtney?"
who: open starter when: late enough that coco is drunk (he's a lightweight lbr) where: lacrosse championship celebration
The game had gone even better than planned, even though Court hadn't played his best. This entire season hadn't been great, but that was behind him (for the moment, at least, Courtney sure to go back to berating himself over it at every possible moment tomorrow, once he was sober again), the final game won, and the celebration well underway. Even though he had been sore, slightly limping off the field, he had popped a painkiller in the locker room, which had rendered him perfectly capable of celebrating with the team, and he had certainly thrown himself into that, as evidenced by the drink he currently had in each hand, blue eyes bright when he turned towards the person approaching him. "You came!" he greeted with delight, as he bounded over to them, throwing one arm around their shoulders in a clumsy hug. "Did you hear we won?" Court added as he pulled back, as if that wasn't the reason for the entire party in the first place.

"Alright girls, get a drink, spread apart and start stretching. We're going over cheer number 3 in 5. Let's go." Clapping her pom poms together she watched the other cheerleaders prepare themselves and get into their stretching positions. As she was about to join them she noticed something going on behind her and turned around to take a look. With her hands on her hips she walked over to Logan just barely catching wind of what she'd said. "Whatever it is, it's not enough." She said with an eyebrow raise looking at the costume. "I mean, it's like, cute...I guess. But they do give you little pocket air fresheners in that thing right?"
who: open
where: ogden mascot tryouts
you've gotta be kidding. when her supervisor at the gym had asked if she might be interested in picking up some extra cash in the fall semester, logan had thought she meant adding another shift. but as she stared into the eyes of a decapitated oggie the ocelot she considered whether she needed a job at all or not. "how much did they say this paid again?" on second thought, at least no one could see her face.

Shaking her head to herself with the slightest hint of a smile, Genevieve watched Eloise hobble on in while taking a sip of her matcha latte. Taking in her demeanor it wasn't that hard to guess that she probably work up on the wrong side of bed today and didn't have the smoothest morning. The tips of her manicured nails tapped on the top of the plastic lid of her drink as she saw the scene in front of her unfold. Oof, a coffee stain. That sucked. Not being able to just sit back and watch any longer Ginger stood up from where she was sitting and strutted over to the other brunette. "You're incredibly lucky you decided to spill coffee on yourself in front of a fashion student." Beckoning her to follow with her index finger, she then went on towards the washroom. "Follow me."
Genevieve's eyes scanned over the stain while the wheels in her head turned. If there was someone who knew fabrics inside and out, it was her. Fashion was her major after all and there was no way you'd survive the program without knowing how to get a nasty stain out of a perfectly good shirt. "Normally you'd need a little detergent and some white vinegar but this should do." Pulling a stain pen out of her purse she handed it over to Eloise. "Dab, don't rub...Rough morning?"
where: the commons, specifically the coffee shop
Truthfully, Eloise liked staying close to her routine. Wake up, grab coffee, go to the library, scheme, extracurriculars, then whatever else was going on campus. Today was just one of those days, except she felt like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She still wasn't used to living on campus without looking up to Greer, desperately trying to climb that social ladder. So, as she started on her routine, one wrong thing went after another. At first, she woke up after her alarm. To her, it wasn't much of a big deal, but it already threw her off of the routine. As she stumbled into the coffee shop, she ordered her regular iced vanilla blonde latte. Squeezing by the other students to go to the library, she bumped into someone's shoulder which prompted the lid of her coffee to pop off, and soon spill on her shirt. "You've got to be kidding me," she huffed, mumbling under her breath. "Would anyone know how to get coffee stains off of their clothes?"

Twirling her pencil through her fingers Genevieve was in the middle of begrudgingly reading the same sentence for the fifth time in a row. It had gotten to a point where the information wasn't even sticking anymore. No matter how hard she tried she ended up forgetting a sentence she'd read 10 seconds ago. Hearing a dramatic sigh not too far away from her, she looked up at Ronan before looking back down and turning the page of her text book. "Yeah well, you are in a library, hun. Unfortunately you're not gonna find any keg stands or jello shots floating around." She was in a bit of a mood today if it wasn't obvious, running on 4 hours of sleep will do that to a person. However hearing about crashing a party did sound like fun. "Wish I could but-..." Ginger paused. Oh who the hell was she kidding? Stuffing her loose papers into her text book and then shutting it, she made eye contact with Ronan once more. " Okay, fuck it, yes. This class is taking years off of my life span, get me out of here please."
โ ๐ค๐ฅ๐๐ฃ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐๐ง.
where: literally anywhere you'd like it to be!
ronan should be studying, getting ready for finals โ instead, here he was, scrolling through tiktok, after tiktok, after tiktok... god, if i hear that fucking ecstacy song one more time. it was just one more way for him to actively avoid doing anything for any of his finals. still, it wasn't enough. he was beginning to get restless and agitated with the lack of movement. he needed to get up and do something, at least one absurd thing today. โ the fucking boredom. โ he complains out loud, letting out a dramatic huff with it as he throws his head back and turns his phone off. when he looks back up, he makes eye contact with the person in front of him. โ listen, do you wanna find a party with me to crash ? it's the end of the year, there's at least two parties a night going on. "

Aย SOPHOMOREย originally fromย MIAMI, they decided to come to Ogden College to studyย FASHION DESIGNย on aย ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP.ย Theyโreย THE BUSYBODYย on campus, but even they could get blamed for Greerโs disappearance.ย
CHARACTER STATS:
BIRTHDAY: April 8th 2001
ZODIAC:ย Aries Sun, Taurus Moon, Leo Rising
THREE POSITIVE TRAITS: Intelligent, Hardworking, Creative
THREE NEGATIVE TRAITS: Manipulative, Arrogant, Presumptuous
THREE SKILLS: Acrobatics/Dance, MMA, Spanish Fluency
MORE INFO:ย
RELATIONSHIP TO GREER:ย Friendly Acquaintances. When she first started at school Genevieve wanted to be liked and find friends more than anything, so much so that she got caught up in gossip and knowing other people's business. Sure Greer was nice to her but wouldn't ever really give her the time of day. Genevieve felt a bit of rejection in that and found no matter what she did to try and put herself out there, the attention was almost always on Greer, especially over her. To make matters worse Genevieve couldn't even feel justified at the jealousy she felt for Greer because of her chill nature. She did seem genuinely nice, at least to her, and that made it even harder to hate her.
HOW THEY EMBODY THEIR SKELETON TROPE.: In an alternate universe, Ginger Quinn and Gretchen Weiners would've been the best of friends. They're the kind of girls who know everything about everyone, y'know what they say; Knowledge is power and power is survival. For Ginger, keeping herself safe was top priority and at this point she'd gotten so good at knowing other people's secrets they were practically pouring out of her ears. Genevieve has two goals in life, to survive and to become successful and she'll stop at nothing to reach them. Her academic records are outstanding and though she may be seen as perfect through other people's eyes she knows what it's like to feel like she can't catch a break. She's extremely hard on herself especially if she feels she isn't living up to her goals. Most could describe her as a bitch but she's only trying to one up the naive, and try hard girl she felt she was when Greer was still around.
CHARACTER INSPO:
Micheala Pratt (How To Get Away With Murder), Jelena Howard (Hit The Floor), Mona Vanderwall (Pretty Little Liars),
