And sous vide meat again 😏 indoors until we can paint the town red again 🔥 🥩 Tasmania vs US Angus ribeye marinated in @hubersbutchery secret blend instead of the usually thyme infused sea salt and black pepper and the 🏅 is USA though I can still recall the steak I had on Cradle mountain 🤯 not sure if these are grass finished but will probably get some slabs side by side to try if there’s really a difference next time 🌱 Sides today in order of shortest cooking time: 🍄 Juicy juicy grilled balsamic shiitake mushroom skewers - marinated in balsamic, soya sauce and garlic for 30 mins and grilled for 3 mins on each side 🥦 Roasted broccoli garnished with parmesan - soaked in olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon for 20mins and roasted for 10mins at 200C, flipped every 2 mins 🧄 Caramelised onions - cooked with left over steaky gravvy like butter and garlic 🥔 Creamy mixed herbs mashed potatoes - boiled for 15mins or so (fork it 🍴to check doneness), initially smashed it with a masher but wanted it to be fork tender with lots of butter 🤫 stir in warmed milk, gave up and used a blender so now I have too much washing to do 💦 maybe we let bebe @pigkittybolt lick plates cause of his steak smile 👅 (at Cradle Mountain Lodge) https://www.instagram.com/p/CP2_6tRHcvV/?utm_medium=tumblr

Find us where the wild things are 🦁 Never would have said this years ago but Singapore is a pretty awesome place to live in (not the fairest or most developed if you know what I’m saying -goes on and on- and oh the weather 🥵) but I digress. So many places waiting to be explored and mostly safe at anytime of day; a melting pot of cultures, where people get to “travel” even if it’s just exchanging stories, sharing pictures over a home cooked meal (because let’s face it we ain’t gonna be able to see and do everything in a lifetime); all sorts of cuisines from African to Mod-Sin 😏 though it would be great if we didn’t have to pay astronomical prices for proper meals(&basicingredients) and rousey service; 😷people look so much better now i mean I get to look through the windows of everyone’s soul 🥴 and oh so many fitspos and social distancing 🙌🏻 two metres tyvm #strangerdanger (at Sentosa) https://www.instagram.com/p/CPqI0IMnWSv/?utm_medium=tumblr

Finally able to post this - the final products of my first mini pottery session which survived the kiln 🔥 because they have all gone to their new owners 🐷 Smirky porkers with a curly tail and cool spiky hair that grew and grew (I forgot to put on his stubby pork chop legs but I guess he’s still cute) 🐟 Fishies in a bowl with a sandcastle and corals for someone to watch while in the office but it was too precious so it gets to stay in a nice room at home instead and last but not least my favourite 🍯 🐝 honey bee with a colourful confetti party house 🥳 and bonus pots and pusheen milk tea/ mr coconut cup holder made by the very talented @wpingg_ because I once complained how the cups were too cold to hold 🥰 (at Terra & Ember) https://www.instagram.com/p/CPLPShNHc2B/?utm_medium=tumblr
