Ok you‘ve made me really curious about Night Terror‘s „imprisonment arc“

If you‘d want to lore drop or something I‘d love to know all the info (or as much as you want to/ have energy to share ofc)

I had this idea that he starts as a very serious and efficient guy who then gets captured and experimented on and then he turns chaotic and feral. And lowkey insane.

What's the lie they tell most often? He doesn't tell malicious lies per se. He just leaves out details sometimes to not give out to much information about himself (such as what meds he takes and why.)

Can they cry on command and if so, what do they think about to make it happen? He makes himself cry by thinking about Prowl hating him sdfgdsfg

What would you yell in the middle of a crowd to find them? What would their best friend or romantic partner yell? Yell about anything Prowl related and Art will show up.

What fact do they excitedly tell everyone about? Unlike Night Terror, Art gets excited about many things. Many. He just had a shower? "Dude feel how soft my hair is! It's so soft, isn't it?" Many such cases

If someone was impersonating them, what would their friends/family/partner ask or do to tell the difference? Play a little game of truth or dare and see who says/does the weirdest things. That's Art. "Bet you won't lick that rock!" Normal person: "Ew..." Art: "BET!" *actually does it*

What makes them laugh everytime (be specific)? Lot of things. Like my own favorite jokes: Banana slips on man Mayonnaise on an escalator

Whether it exists in their world or not or they want to or not, what language would be easiest to learn for them and why? So this is cheap but I'm just gonna use the fact that I am a certified translator and say that we both are good at leaning languages in general.

What do they notice first in the mirror vs. what do other people first notice when looking at them? His hair in both cases. I mean probably.

What's their most obvious difference in behavior at home, school/work, with friends and when they're alone? He's just not so happy at home (I think I made some posts about his abusive father). When he's alone or with friends he's just a silly guy. Just a chaotic, eccentric guy.

Is where they live filled with a lot of niknaks? If so, is there a common theme? My boy obviously collects Transformers toys asdfgfdf

What's their tell when lying and who would notice? It's almost impossible to find out. You'd have to know him very well to notice. Because he says so many weird and unbelievable things that turn out to be true so it's really hard to tell when he's not telling the truth.

(You can ask about Turbulence but I don't know how many questions I can actually answer)

For Night Terror, I assume?

How loosely or strictly do they use the word friend? Night Terror is an edgy bastard who will claim he has no friends (but he still appreciates when someone is nice to him)

What would you yell in the middle of a crowd to find them? What would their best friend or romantic partner yell? You don't even need to yell. Night Terror's bigass "ears" are sensitive. He can hear a coin fall in a crowd and he might hear your voice before you even know he's there.

What fact do they excitedly tell everyone about? If he gets to brag about his hearing, he might get excited.

What's something they're expected to enjoy based on their hobby or profession but they actually hate? So since tfa has an unusual Soundwave, I imagine that Night Terror does communications and tech stuff instead. For someone who does communications stuff he sure hates actually communicating by using his words. He'll hiss and growl.

Are they a listener, in which case, what makes them talk? Or a talker, in which case, what makes them listen? If they're balanced, what makes them talk vs. listen? He's the "How dare you talk to me?" type. But if he opened up to someone, he'd be a yapper. To make him listen? Might need to find the right threat.

What's something unimportant that they hate passionately? My boy hates so many things ;A;

Whether it exists in their world or not or they want to or not, what language would be easiest to learn for them and why? Idk how Cybertronians do that tbh. Do they learn? Or do they just download languages into their brains?

How do they respond when someone doesn't believe them? He'll get so pissed. Because how dare you not believe him? He always tells the truth! (That was a lie)

What do they tell ppl they want & what do they actually want? He tells people he wants to be left alone. And he actually thinks he wants that. But he does need a hug.

What subject/topic do they know a lot about that's completely useless to the plot? He doesn't really want to know much about things that aren't "useful" to him. I guess you could call his technology knowledge useless to the plot during his imprisonment arc because he doesn't get to use it while he is locked up (by the Autobots). Don't worry if you don't know about that - I haven't really talked about that concept.

What do they notice first in the mirror vs. what do other people first notice when looking at them He mostly looks at his teeth but others will probably notice those bigass audio sensors (?) first. They are really hard to miss. How do they put out a candle? Blow on it very briefly but aggressive. Almsot like he is spitting on it but with only air.

What word do they always mispronounce/grammar mistake do they always make & why? He would literally never make grammar mistakes because he is perfect (jk)

What's their tell when lying and who would notice? Depends on his level of confidence. He can lie without changing his expression. But if he's not very confident in his own lie, he gets nervous and then his audio receptors twitch (although there are many possible reasons for why they twitch)

(3) Who would they say yes to, if invited to do something they abhorred/strongly didn't want to do?

(4) Who have they forgotten about, who remembers them very well?

(5) Are they a listener, in which case, what makes them talk? Or a talker, in which case, what makes them listen? If they're balanced, what makes them talk vs. listen?

(3) What do they commonly misinterpret because of their own upbringing, environment and biases? How do they respond when realizing that misunderstanding?

(5) What phrases, pronounciations or mannerisms did they pick up from someone else? (As in picked it up later in life and it’s unusual for their background, current environment or family.)

Part 7

(1) How do they respond to a loose handshake? What goes through their head?

(2) Would they rather be included in a group (out of politeness) or be excluded if they're not genuinely wanted?

Help me help a person with spastic quadriplegia

Hey everyone. I just found out that the son of a friend who died last year is working on a documentary and he is crowdfunding it and I want to help. He has spastic quadriplegia and it's gonna be a documentary about his life.

It's personally important to me to support him because his mother, my friend, was an artist who inspired me to become an artist. My mom was friends with her when I was really young and seeing her paint made me want to become an artist too. So I really wanna help.

There is a website but it is in German because he is from Germany.

I tried to find a direct donation link but all I could find so far was the option to enter your email and be sent information for a bank transfer. There seems to be no Paypal or other option.

So here is what I am planning:

I am gonna boost my art commissions (click here) and my Kofi (click here) and I will send 100% of what I make (plus the amount I donate from my savings) as donation to him.

I will get a donation receipt in the end and I will share it so you all can see that I really donated the money.

Please share this if you can and donate.

I am not so sure what the deadline is so I'm gonna do this for maybe a week and if I have a reasonable amount by next week, I will send him the money.

So the story is that Ultra Magnus both did it and regrets it.

I've been thinking: What if Ultra Magnus has known Night Terror his whole life? When Night was just baby? And watched him grow up just to then later witness him become a Decepticon?

That's the twist. That's why he did this but also feels bad about it despite not having hesitated to attack the robot he perceived as a threat to the Autobots.
