Jackson Lewis. One of the biggest names in music. Everywhere you look you see his name and face. TV, magazines, TikTok, everywhere. He was currently on one of his biggest tours yet and was in his hometown of New York City. The show went perfect and on his way out to his car he stopped to meet some of his fans who had waited hours while he cleaned up and got ready to leave. Just as he was about to leave he looked up at the last fan waiting and paused.

“…hi…” he said softly, a little lost for words as he looking into the most beautiful eyes he’d ever seen.

He sighed. "....a little bit of both." He whispered and hugged him tighter. "...let's go check on our girl."

Emerald walked up to the apartment and knocked on the door. She looks to the pit bull standing next to her with a look of happiness on his face. His grey fur marked with cuts and patches of missing fur. Emerald was hoping Magnus could help the dog.

Magnus opened the door and smiled when he saw Emerald. “Em-…what is that?” He asked when he noticed the dog.

He wrapped his arms around him and sighed. "She will....she's a strong girl....strong people have to go through a lot before they can relax..." He said softly. ".. She'll be okay."

He smiled gently at him. "you know I never mind you staying." He leaned in and kissed his cheek.

Senior year. Emerson woke up and started getting ready for the first day of school, not nearly as excited as his sister who would be starting her freshman year. He went through the motions of letting his mom take first day pictures before finally making his way to campus. He had just dropped his sister if at her first class when he turned and bumped into someone. He blushed and smiled sheepishly when he saw Emerald. “sorry…” He said shyly.

He pulled up to the apartment and stopped the car. "I know you can take care of yourself. But so can I. And I always will." He leaned over and kissed her forehead. "What do you want for dinner?" He asked as he got out of the car.

Magnus smirked and looked over at him. "oh yeah? Did you tell him you admired them?" He teased.

Magnus put his book down and looked at chairman. “..why?” He laughed a little.
