I'm Amal, a mother of three children, living under the weight of the genocide taking place in Gaza. 🍉

Here’s my story, and I’m reaching out with a hopeful heart 💔✨, hoping someone will feel what my family and I are going through.

My son is suffering from a severe and life-threatening injury after being shot by Israeli drones. He urgently needs medical treatment outside Gaza.

this was a lot of fun to try! interestingly the 2nd one (back cover) took longer to make than the 1st (front cover), though i also made it first so there was some getting used to things there. but like the posing was much slower, esp considering i just have the physgun, no fancy addons for that stuff, and some of those models are really tough for that - especially that unarmoured combine, its bones are fucked up

i think there are some refinements i could make with enough time, especially on the 1st, but i'm satisfied with the results, especially considering this is my first time doing any kind of visual work or kitbashing in gmod in years, and the first time it was more than just messing around. i stayed up til 2am last night to make em LOL

either way i definitely wanna do this kinda stuff more often. gmod could especially be really good for setting up art references for poses and backgrounds and stuff :D

Either way, I’m reaching out because my family—my husband, my 19-month-old son Hamoud, and I—are living in conditions that no one should have to endure. We’ve lost everything: our home, my job as a teacher, and my husband’s fishing boat, which was our only source of income.

This blog has shown me not only the artistic power of garry's mod but also just how crazy album covers can get. It's awesome :)

thank you very much! i think garry's mod is one of my favorite games for the simple reason that you can do just about anything in it, even create art. and yeah, album covers are also one of my favorite art forms! i love all the creative ways musicians attempt to represent their music and sum up the album in a single image.
