GMT400 SPOT—

or is it?

What you're more or less looking at here, is a Dodge Ram pickup, but has had the back greenhouse section of a GMT400 suburban grafted onto it.
This was created mainly because Dodge flirted with idea of creating an SUV version of the Ram pickup, but backed down out of fear of pending federal fuel economy standards, which lead to a man in the UAE ordering a custom commissioned version of the aforementioned Ram SUV.
More info:
https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/dodge-ram-v10/?fbclid=IwAR3o1F4UV_pf4mUjH1JSR3owaFyGZG87nsypKfXcTen0BLMiIVrZ4VEWoMc
"The first step of the conversion was to slice off the rear of the Ram's cab and the forward portion of the bed. Then a Suburban roof was grafted onto the truck bed. To make the Suburban rear side glass fit, it was recessed into the sides of the bed. To adapt Suburban rear doors, the exterior door skins were replaced with the sheetmetal excised from the Ram's bed, and then the interior panels were substituted with Ram trim. The stock Ram tailgate was retained, but the liftgate is a Suburban part. Rear seats are Suburban-issue covered with Dodge upholstery. (By the way, the sheik didn't end up with a separate two-seat convertible Suburban: The GM parts are standard bodyshop fare.)"

GMT400 SPOTTED

This semi rare body kitted 1990 C3500 recently popped up on Craigslist. 454 engine mated to the screamer 3-speed auto. And yes, according to the Jalopnik article and the window stickers being sold by the owner, that body kit is a dealer installed option to the tune of $12,000.

The truck itself is going for $19,000 and the owner says it's passed its California smog test as well.

It also only has 60k miles.
