Q: Why do you only accept PayPal?
A: It's the only money transfer app i have.

Q: Do you ship with any carriers besides Canada Post?
A: No, other carriers' stores are too far away from where i live to get to.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A: In North America, it should take 1-4 weeks for your package to arrive. In Europe, shipping can take anywhere from 3 weeks - 1.5 months. I do not have experience shipping to other countries but will update this list once i do. And remember, these are just estimates!

Q: I bought something small (must be envelope-sized and flat) and want the cheapest shipping possible. What are my options?
A: For small items like chekis and photocards, i offer free worldwide shipping so long as it fits in a standard, letter-sized envelope and isn't too heavy.

Q: I want my items to arrive faster/and/or i want to track my items. Can i pay for priority shipping?
A: Yes, you can pay for tracked/priority shipping. Prices vary by service/country– see Canada Post's website for more information.

Q: How will i know how much shipping costs?
A: After you pay for your item, i will pack it and send you a PayPal invoice with proof of shipping cost (a picture of the receipt) and will send the parcel once the invoice has been paid.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No, all sales are final.
