The falling death of a man named Cain

There once was a man named able

He was a strong man in a circus

Though he had no fancy things or technology, he always stayed happy, even now he’s smiling

However, there once was a man named Cain

Cain had everything he could ever want, and yet, Cain hurt

He was sad, and lonely, and wished to be like his brother able, happy and carefree

But able was dead

He had been that way for fourteen years

Cain couldn’t step foot inside a circus, because it reminded him of his brother’s funeral

Of the hundreds of people who saw his performances, weeping for the news

It made Cain realize that his funeral won’t have anyone

Because he couldn’t just be happy with the friends he had

He had to have more

Now the faces are harder to tell apart

He had to have more

“What was your name again?”

He had to have more

“Are you the one who likes me?”

More more more more

Until

They left

They were tired of him trying to be a reliable friend

They just wanted a good friend

But Cain could never be reliable

Cain now lives alone

But soon that will change

Soon he’ll be a good friend

And soon he’ll see his brother again

Now here Cain stands, on the balcony of the 48th floor balcony.

Honestly, he knew this was how it was going to end

A sad 38 year old with all 582 voices in his head cheering him on

“Jump, Cain, jump!”

Soon he couldn’t hear anything else

“Jump, Cain, jump!”

The voices were so damn loud!

“Jump, Cain, jump!”

If it gets rid of the noise, then maybe I will!

HERES THE END OF CAIN’S TALE, ENDING WITH THE ONE THING HE CAN DO

His life’s been out of control, but now it in his hands!

Should he jump? Yes or no

Though the answer seems quite obvious, I’ll tell you the end!

Though he does die, he does it in a way that does not offend!

And out of All 582 voices screams squeals and cheers,

A soft and soothing voice whispers “please come back here”

But he swore he counted 582 when he made the final role call

He turns to see something that isn’t a voice at all

It’s Cain’s friend, from online who came to visit him here

He had long forgotten they were coming, thinking “I’m a terrible friend to them anyway”

But Cain’s friend had something they wanted to say

“I know you are unhappy, but also, so am I

And my life would be much worse if I had to watch a friend die

So please, come off that ledge, let me give you a hug instead”

And after that, Cain’s life was much more be-wed

Cain soon moved in with the friend, and a relationship soon bloomed

Not long after, Cain and the friend married, and they lived a happy life

And at the end, Cain died hand in hand with his happy, loving wife.

Hurt emerges when the two worlds clash

I wanna fight the one thousand fuckers who had the audacity to disrespect a man greiving over his fathers death

Turns out, the kitchen cook is a ameteur wizard and he has quite the list of spells

(There are four assassins) the cook waves his steak knife around and it grows into a tall wooden staff. He then fires a fireball at assassin 1’s feet, igniting him on fire, he then strikes the other three with lightning, only paralyzing them. He then opens a trap door and they all fall through to the cellar, where they are to be dispatched of.

The castle is stormed and ruffians run about through the halls. The young prince hides in the kitchen, but is found. Now all that stands between him and his would be assassins is the castle cook. She twirls a steak knife in her hand and squares off against the invaders.
