Neon: At a very weak form. Neon is able to interfere with electronics of admitting light upon anything. Want: A little more stronger than Neon. Notes: The stand is only available at post meridian times (PM) wheres when closer nightfall comes, the maximum amount of power the stand has in their prime time become apparent. The colours of the moon phases colony stand is a mixture of white, black and a bit of dark brown.
