KimKenta WIP Snippet

He's utterly unprepared for the blast wave that rolls through the air, for the way his body is thrown forward, completely out of his control for a single, excruciating moment. But the terror that floods every vein in his body has nothing to do with his own safety. Kenta is still inside the building, and Kim's heart screams from the knowledge of it. He hits the ground as the sound of the explosion finally rips through the air like thunder, and he wills himself to get up get up GET UP even as his muscles lock up in pain. His hearing dulls to a single whine. He stumbles dizzily to his feet and, as terrified as he is at what he'll see, he forces himself to turn around anyways. Kim can't hear the building collapse, but he sees it, and his eyes go wide with horror. Somewhere in his brain exists the knowledge that Kenta can heal, that his chances of survival are better than anyone else's. But it doesn't stop the scream that tears itself from Kim's throat.

This time the wonderful @feychild1225 tagged me.

So here are seven lines from my WinnerDean fic which is gonna turn dark but starts off normal enough:

Winner is fed up at this point, who knew being at the very beck and call of a notorious asshole would be so exhausting? He has to give credit to Kenta, begrudgingly of course, because he did that for <i>years</i>! Right now he’s on guard duty for Dean who is still in a coma. Alan wants him and Kenta, which the man is a fool to ask that of Tony, even Winner knows this. But alas he’s stuck doing a boring ass job. Once the others clear far enough away, Winner sighs and starts to rant under his breath. It’s not like Dean can snitch on him, since he’s laid up and all.

I think that’s seven lines. I can’t count 🤨 anyway thanks for tagging me 🥰

7 sentences wip challenge

Oh boy, this is like the 8th (?) installment of my inked series (PhayuRain being the man focus) and he’s in the process of adopting a cat. It is based off my experience with Juno (rest well little buddy). I thought it was cute as he has Cloud and she’s curious too. Oh and Tankhun makes an appearance too:

Rain tries not to overthink things, which he’s good at but he can’t help it! Right now Stripes is hiding and hissing at Rain if he gets too close which breaks his heart. He knows deep down that it’s going to take time for the cat to adjust but he’s already questioning if he’s the right home for Stripes or not. Of course the shelter vetted him out and thought Rain was but he’s not too sure, but in the end Rain gives him the space that he needs. Cloud of course can smell him and makes the silly face that cats make and that alone has the tension bleeding from his body. Patience is needed.

Tankhun reassures him which also helps as does Phayu’s cuddles that night.
