Know Thyself
Part I. Personality Tests
Based on the test results, I agree with it’s outcome. The infographics state that the personalitty traits of someone with ENFP is someone who is curious confident creative types who see possibilities everywhere, ENFP perform well in expressive roles that require them to be alert and communicative. Some of the recommended careers appeal to me such as the advertising creative director, restaurateur, and an event planner because I believe I am into those types of work that include organization of events, responsibilities, and being in charge. Having the knowledge of one’s personality allows one to be aware of his or her strengths and weaknesses to be able to solve conflicts, and communicate with one’s peers open-mindedly and effectively, and to the betterment of employee retention.
Big 5” or “OCEAN” personality test
Across these two tests, the extroversion level is almost as similar to each other, and I do agree with the results of the two tests. I would describe myself as someone who is outgoing and social, emotionally stable at times, friendly and keeps an optimistic view, can be impulsive at times and disorganized, unconventional and traditional at times. I believe that the results that MBTI and the Big 5 tests are consistent because the outcomes came as similar with minimal differences. However the Big 5 tests did not necessarily give me additional information that I may not know about myself than those from the results of MBTI
Part II. R-I-A-S-E-C Profile
The definition of each characteristic I have in the R-I-A-S-E-C profile is consistent as well with what I know about myself because I believe my interests are inclined to the field of enterprising where work has something to do with starting up and carrying out business projects. One of the suggested jobs fitting my R-I-A-S-E-C profile is a recorder of data analytics because i’m interested in data analyzing, and I believe that I am capable of doing it based on the level of preparation prescribed in the O*Net profiler. I believe that I will have a fulfilling career knowing that I am interested and well-capable of the suggested job. Moreover, I agree with the comparison between the level of extroversion to my R-I-A-S-E-C profile because I am an outgoing person, thus, my job interest includes productive human environment.
Part III. Selfstir 360° Assessment
I did not learn anything new about myself with the SelfStir assessment. My greatest strength is trying to see all perspectives of a situation while keeping an optimistic view. My greatest weakness is , but these traits shown do not surprise me at all because I am well aware I attain those attributes. I am pleased of the people’s rating of me because I know in myself that those are the right ratings for myself. I am a humble person but it really lifts me up when people compliment me of my good attitude towards them. The 360 assessment allows one to be knowledgeable on other’s perspective of them and their personality. This way, it is recommended for one to be open-minded. This assessment can help you become an effective leader since it increases productivity and efficiency.

Generation Z
The members of the so called Generation Z are those who were born between 1995-2015. One challenge that they currently face is underemployment. As time goes by, technology has constantly been developing and improving to better serve humanity. However, the innovation of technology had led a decrease of job opportunities. For example, the use of self-service machines in supermarkets and fast food chains.
Another, the members of generation Z is currently facing the problem of physical and mental health. In a study made by Dr. Praveetha Patalay, she stated,” the increasing trends of poor sleep, obesity, and negative body image might help explain rising mental health difficulties”. In the long run, the effects of this could severely damage the individual.
Third, the members of generation z are needed to stay connected. However whenever, and wherever they are, they must stay connected to the world. May it be through facebook, instagram, or twitter, they must connect to people because it is the lifestyle they got used to. They cannot keep away from social media and their gadgets.
Fourth, generation z members want to move fast, and as quickly as possible. Their attention span is shorter compared than millenials’. Most of them are impatient, and want to see instant results. In the company, some of them expect managerial position right away or even just a few months in. Hard work takes time, and comes with patience.
Lastly, the members of generation z seem to constantly share their personal lives to the public. There should be clear establishment of one’s boundaries. When boundaries are established, and privacy is practiced, social indifferences, awkward situations, and social frictions are decreased.
From reading these articles, I learned that we are considered and categorized as generation z because of the great factor of technology. With its advancements, we are greatly affected by it. Second, we are characterized as a generation z because of our environment. In school and in work, technology is everywhere. Wherever we go, it is there either to benefit us or harmful long-term effects to us. Third, in my opinion, generation z are often stereotyped as entitled. We feel the need to know, and do something. We demand to receive information, and its privileges. Fourth, having read all the articles, I can say that the members of generation z are independent. With almost everything handed and shown to them, they prefer to learn things on their own. They decide on decisions on their own. Lastly, despite all these similarities and differences that make them generation z, they continue to have their own freedom of speech. Their decisions and thoughts are influenced, thus, leads them to act in a certain way.

Code of Ethics / Ethical Executive
Code of Ethics is a set of standards and guidelines provided by the company or organization to its employees and the management. This set of standards helps align their behavior with the organization’s core values and ethical standards. Thus, it is necessary for every business leader to have a code of ethics to adhere to. Since these standards guide the employee’s and its management with their actions, there is organization of perspectives.
It takes much humility for a business leader to just sit down and reflect on his purpose. Nowadays, many have been losing their primary goal as to what their purpose is in life. Moreover, a number of leaders in the business industry too have lost track of their true intentions for themselves, their vision for the company, and how they will achieve that vision. Thus, it takes great humility to just step down and ponder for a few minutes. “Suri-Nilay”which translates to analysis and reflection is the second stage of the Lasallian Reflection Framework and in this stage, a business leader does not stop at the process of analyzing its organization behavior. He or she must continue at to reflect and ponder his/her true purpose in the organization.
In every aspect of an organization, there will always be one that possess the characteristics of a leader. This person must be an effective leader to guide and inform its organization on the direction it is going. With this, everyday business leaders incorporate the organization’s perspectives, ideas, and views to be as coherent as possible with the standards of the company by making use of strategies. Overall, these attributes a business leader must possess should also hold it with integrity at all cost. Honesty and Integrity is one of the principles of a leader where one shows that he or she stands firm on what he or she truly believes in. With integrity, though it may not be famous aspect of every leader, it is doing what is right because it is the right thing to do so.
