I think my son just finished the first chapter of Deltarune because I just heard him shouting that I was right. I had to spoil it for him in order to convince him to try it because he doesn't like to check out a game or anything unless he knows what he's in for. Undertale and Deltarune are one of the few games to leave me an emotional wreck after playing them. It's like they throw all my emotions into a blender, turn it on high without the lid on then throw what's left in the jar right in my face. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about it. I'd rather be overly emotional than numb. At least it's not like Mother 3 where it blended up my emotions to turn it into a depression puree that left an aftertaste for a while where I felt so... I don't know the word for it but it's like a dull feeling of impending doom and I neither had the energy nor desire to do anything about it.
