Ghaziabad Precision Products (GPP) was established in 1988 to create a technical conglomerate specializing in diesel engine valve train components. The mission of Ghaziabad Precision Products is to offer high-performing, sustainable solutions. It operates three production sites in Northern India, all of which are self-sufficient, run by highly qualified personnel, and produce high-quality, industry-standard technical components.

GPP manufactures 12 million pushrods annually in three plants specializing in solid forged, solid welded, projection welded, and press fit types. These Push Rods are supplied to Diesel Engines in the Heavy Horsepower segment, On-Road, Off-Road, Generator, Tractor, and Small Engine/Diesel segments. The company's product line has grown over time to include rocker arms, shafts, and assemblies in addition to push rods.

All across the world, producers of diesel engines are receiving these components. It continuously investigates new business possibilities, and potential engine valve train solutions for Euro V and VI compliance, and provides professional guidance on international regulations to advance and upgrade technology.

In 2008, GPP also formed a 50-50 joint venture with Kasuya Seiko Company, which specializes in rocker shaft assembly. Kasuya GPP's Ghaziabad facility has assembly lines dedicated to Caterpillar, Daimler, Lombardini, Polaris, Navistar, and MHI. Although this facility uses a lot of automation by deploying CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and PLC (Product Life Cycle) machines to meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) demands, there are plans to further streamline them to automate them in order to set up benchmarks with the industry standards that are shaping up pretty well at GPP.

In 2013, GPP ventured into the foundry business by establishing a fully automated shell moulding plant that specialized in SG Iron, Ductile Iron, and Chilled Grey Cast Iron Castings. GPP thinks it is crucial to provide top-notch goods at a reasonable price to stay competitive in a dynamic international market. GPP principally aims to balance its domestic market revenues and exports. GPP, a built-to-print manufacturer, currently supplies almost all the leading CV manufacturers in India, including Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, M&M, Honda Siel Power Products, SML Isuzu, Swaraj Engines Limited to Cummins India, among others. It is a full-time supplier to VECV (VE Commercial Vehicles Limited), particularly in India, for push rods, rocker arms, and shaft assemblies, and it manages on-demand supplies for them through its warehouses.

GPP has been the only global supplier of push rods for  Caterpillar Inc and has also won the best awards from them.  Moreover, GPP is also planning to increase its global presence in the near future in the US and European markets. It is already working closely with Volvo group in India to provide various valve train components for their 5-litre and 8-litre engines, which are made at their VEPT plant in Pithampur.

The GPP is moving toward a bright future and becoming one of the world's preferred suppliers of valve train components with well-defined short-term plans and long-term growth strategies.
