The only fictional relationships I'm interested in and obsess over have the character's s/o's nickname as either:
Love
My darling god/My sweet nemisis
Darling
My dear
My dark benevolent queen
OR something like:
Snob/Troll/Wifey/[Last name]
Seaweed brain/Wise girl
Sarge
OTHERWISE I DONT WANT IT

i am positive that the first time pip wore her “talk nerdy to me” shirt after they started dating, ravi confidently leaned against a doorframe & said “hey. the mitochondria’s the powerhouse of the cell.”

Thinking about how whenever he’s in an unfortunate situation Ravi always asks himself what would pip do and then when she’s stuck in the car, not knowing that’s she’s gonna survive this, spreading her dna all around because she refuses to be another victim and if she’s gonna die she’s gonna die screaming because she asked herself what would Rav do, because ravi wouldnt let himself disappear because he knows how much that would hurt her and by god if she’s doing anything with the last few moments of her life it’s gonna be making sure that Ravi Singh never suffers and it’s just like oh, oh. That’s what love is

I love the line 'you're lucky i didn't put you in the ground too' cuz my girl was traumatized for her life, she faced a serial killer few days before, she thought she'd die, she unalived him, crafted an entire plan to escape, emotionally, mentally and physically devastated was basically walking on the thinnest rope but did that stop her from being a girlboss? no.

For those people who are saying "shipping Ravi and Pip in the first book is wierd because Pip was a minor" "Pip was 17 and Ravi was 20" 🤓, SHUT THE FUCK UP. literally shut the fuck up. Bite your tounge and swallow it. First of all is it so hard for your dysfunctional brain to understand that they started dating WHEN Pip turned 18?. Second of all, if you want attention, try to get it with some other ways because there are litearlly books with couple that have 20 YEARS AGE GAP, and y'all not saying a single word about it cuz "they're hot alpha male👉🏻👈🏻"...OR there are books where FMC is 17 and MMC is like..700 yo, if not older, "but it's a fantasy.." DOESN'T MEAN IT'S NORMAL..?? That's a CHILD and he's a fucking 5 centuries year old. AND 3 YEARS DIFFERENCE BECOME SUCH A BIG DEAL..?? People these days will find ANYTHING to critisize something.

One look over Becca Bell’s page on FandomWiki….
Why on Earth is it written that Max Hastings THE ONE WHO DRUGGED AND RAPED HER is a love interest, an ex-fling?
Can we please stop turning abusers into love interests? It’s horrific to say that guy was a love interest. She didn’t have a fling with him HE DRUGGED AND RAPED HER!!!!!!

An AGGGTM theory I despise
Disclaimer: My opinion. Don't take it personally if you disagree.
I hate the theory that, if Pip and Ravi had a kid in the future, that kid would end up investigating Jason's murder for their EPQ and find out the truth.
While I do understand why people like this theory, because that would add a lot of drama for Pip and Ravi in the future, I just find it a little ridiculous.
I think a lot of people have forgotten why Pip had decided to investigate Andie's case for her EPQ - that being it was because she didn't think Sal had done it. She had known Sal growing up through Naomi. She'd known him as a kind person who was adored by everyone. He was going to Oxford (Cambridge in show), he had amazing grades, was loved by both his friends, family and Andie, and no one ever had a bad thing to say about him.
However, when he died and was framed as Andie's killer, the narrative swiftly changed. Suddenly, he was no longer the kind person Pip had known, but a monster to the town. And Pip just couldn't believe it, because that narrative didn't fit the guy that Pip had known her life. This guy had been nothing but kind to her, but now he was suddenly a monster who killed his girlfriend? That just didn't make sense to her.
She even says that the goal of her project was to cast doubt on Sal's conviction. He didn't get the chance to defend himself, so she was now helping him reclaim his voice by proving his innocence. She didn't actually think she would solve Andie's murder - she just wanted to prove that Sal had been wrongfully convicted.
Now, compare Sal's case to Jason's, and you'll realise that nobody would even want to touch Jason's case at all. Unlike Sal, Jason was a terrible person. Even before it was revealed that he was the DT Killer, Pip's podcast had painted him in a terrible light, as it had revealed how abusive he was to his wife and daughters. Why would anyone want to investigate an abuser's murder? I sure as hell wouldn't want to.
If I wouldn't want to, why would Pip and Ravi's kid want to? Especially considering who had been charged with his murder. Max Hastings (his convicted killer) was a serial rapist who had raped Jason's daughter Becca.
Why would anyone, let alone Pip and Ravi's child, try to prove Max innocent? The narrative is literally "serial rapist kills a serial killer who was also a serial rapist in the past".
Like who looks at that narrative and thinks, "yeah, but I think the serial rapist could be innocent. I'm gonna do my EPQ on him!". Like I can guarantee you that Pip and Ravi's kid would grow up hating Max because of what he did to Becca and Nat. Do you really think their child would investigate the murder he supposedly did because they think he's innocent? Absolutely not.
And I'm not saying that you can't write AU's based on this. I think the idea of someone investigating the case could be well-executed IF it's not based on proving Max's innocence (cause fuck him), but rather based on talking about the case, but then possibly discovering inconsistencies and trying to see what that's all about. Kind of like Rachel Price vibes, but the child doesn't turn in Pip and Ravi.
So yeah, that's it. Please don't get upset if your feelings got hurt. I just think this theory is awful. If you like it, then that's fine. Just don't get upset that I think it's a bit dumb.

Yk personally I feel like all these booktokers who shit on good girl bad blood not being as good as the other books kinda miss the whole point of it. It doesn’t suffer from middle book syndrome it had a fucking purpose and that was to show pip’s growing disappointment and eventual hatred of the legal system that has always let her and her friends down. It’s point was to take pip from being the optimistic ‘good girl’ who believed in the rules to the pip we see in as good as dead who when faced with the decision between escape with her life or kill her future rapist and murderer so that he couldn’t ever hurt any girl again chose to fucking kill him. The second book was personally the most necessary book in the entire series because without it pip would not have been able to grow and become the pip that we all love so much and it’s just so frustrating to see all these people just completely miss the fucking point

No bc ppl saying pip doesn't love ravi as much as ravi loves pip, did we read the same book????? She's literally down bad for him ever since the presentation (the first scene we got of them being a couple). It baffles me more bc we read the book mostly from pip's pov and did yall skip the part when she wonders if ravi's eyes lit up the world?? Or when she's kidnapped and decided that its her last day alive and she isn't sad over her not being w ravi anymore but over the hurt her death would cause him. Or the part after their break up where pip says she always talks to the ravi in her head and that his happiness is always what matters to her even if that meant him finding love in another person. Or when pip hugged ravi for the last time and described her feeling as 'her soul leaving her own body want to go to ravi'.
Most importantly, IF ITS A CHOICE BETWEEN ME AND YOU, I CHOSE YOU. And she did every single time she could.

Besides writing, I also edit! This one was one of the first ae edits I ever made. This one turned out a bit choppy though.
If you'd like to see more, I have a tik tok account called cherry.aep8! It's multifandom but I mostly post pjo and agggtm edits.
Anyways, I'll start posting fanfics again next week, I only have to take my graduation exams and I'm home free!
