Week Evaluation 2.
monday聽14 january
concept presentation
For the concept presentation they had rehearsed infront of me, I was their audience and so I could give feedback that could be improved.
Feedback on concept immediately adapted, to designers, designers adjust, meeting with only designers, meeting with all triptych managers, meeting with the whole group, meeting with designers, deciding what the six outfits will be.
tuesday 15 january
designers start with designing, collecting materials, starting a brandbook
wednesday 16 january
brandbook, spatial, design
Was present at my basement office, available for office hours for the team.
thursday 17 january
q & a, film, spatial, design. The basement became my office once again. Everyone who was in school and who needed to speak to me could have a seat, so we can check in eachother.
Friday 18 january
collectionbook, spatial, design
Was present at my basement office, available for office hours for the team. Videoshoot held today.
Saturday 19 january
collectionbook + pitch
Sunday 20 january
In the morning I often made a phone call with team members who I have hardly seen and spoken and especially check in how they feel and how they are doing. Collect updates from all departments. Branding, spatial, film & video, process film, collection book & design. Updates made into a whole and shared with the group via whatsapp. So that every department knows what is going on. Further worked on the pitch. Design department done with the collection.
Monday 21 january
Start constructing the expo with spatial team. Organizing and trying to collect updates from all departments and share into the group aswell as organizing tasks meetings. Problem solving small stuff. Photoshoot was held today. Brandbook done.
Tuesday 22 january
Start working on the pitch since 5:00 in the morning, headed to Oscam, tackled some organisations and problem solving. Checking with team members, collecting evaluationforms. Help the spatialteam till 17:00. Went back to Sara's home with Joost and Emma.
Working on the pitch, and finalizing small to do stuff. Managing that everything is well communicated. Spatial done. Collectionbook done. Processfilm done.
Wednesday 23 january
Last group meeting at Tjade's place, making sure everyone in on the same level regarding their perception of the pitch and concept and heading to Oscam as a group
