Taking some time off...

Just wanted to let all those parties that may be interested that regarding art and commissions this week... I think I'll be taking the week off for some mental health reasons. I've taken a few heavy blows lately and just need some time to work through it and recover. If drawing strikes me as something I can do during this time, I will. If not, then I'm just not in a state to push myself. I should be back at it though, hopefully, come next Monday (8 - 11 - 2025). Thank you all for being understanding.

Part of a bigger project I've just started in on -- my OC Ringo as he is in my little Vampire the Masquerade setting/plot! C:< It's an in-progress pic, technically, since I'm planning on shading everybody that'll end up in the picture all at once, so he's here at a finished stage but without rendering.

Another Keybi! :D And this one flavored after the dessert that is his namesake. ^ U ^ I've been meaning to make one for a while, but just couldn't settle on a look for the outfit. In the end, I ended up going for some Ouji (Prince Style) flair!

Solasta Part 1: Let's get deputized!

Kind of overworked my wrist this past week, so today I've decided to rest it and start playing a somewhat new game instead! >:3 I've never gotten too far past the tutorial in Solasta, so why not? Everyone's welcome to pop in and see the party on their journey! I'm currently streaming on Twitch at: https://www.twitch.tv/grumblglum. I should be on a couple of hours at least. ^ ^ Here's a little teaser of what's to come:

Looking for some free art?? I’m a little out of ideas for personal art pieces to work on right now, so am looking to do a few chibis of different characters, perhaps in different poses if you have any to recommend, with simple/transparent backgrounds in the meantime.

Please note: since I am doing this partially in order to fill out my portfolio as well, you MUST be okay with me using the final piece on my socials/comms page… But it will have a signature and branding on it to show that it was a commission on my end!

You’ll be receiving, for free, a version without the watermark that use can use for whatever you want! For professional purposes though, please credit me for the pic at least. ^ ^ TAT will likely be variable based on the complexity of your character and if I decide to render it or not. Rendering will be determined based on whatever I feel up to at the time, and if the I feel like the art could benefit from it! I'll try and let you know as I go though, and keep you informed of my progress as I move from sketching to coloring to rendering.

Another more complex art piece for myself (and one I originally hadn't planned to be but accidentally let myself get swept up in it anyways), which took me about 28 or so hours. I unfortunately spent a good amount of that time going back and forth on the details, like the pattern on Jilian's shawl, whether or not to include certain pieces of the background, and even if I wanted to do one at all… But it did turn out and I'm very happy with the result! ^ U ^

Pajama Sam was my jaaaam as a kid. >:3 And during my last art piece with Soo here, there was a major stage during the coloring where the trees just... Looked like Pajama Sam trees and made me think of this. So you know I had to do it. 😂
