Yippie im so glad you two especially shadow are finding your new weight enjoying. I've also been eating more healthier and repairing my relationship with food. I've gained weight and couldn't be prouder. My mother keeps trying to get me to exercise but the only exercise that doesn't leave me in pain even before I repaired my relationship with food is swimming so if she wants me to exercise she's gonna have to find a swimming pool thats relatively cheap.

I… do enjoy it. Even if some people may not like it. I won’t say I don’t have my hang ups, but generally I’m happier with the extra weight. And… proud of myself. As you are, too. It’s good. It helps that Sonic is as wonderful as he is about it…

I hope you can find ways to move your body without pain.

… it’s called deep pressure therapy. It works for me.

I usually go for a run. If I’m anxious I get a lot of… anxious energy. Gotta run it off, cool my head. Hope you find what works for you, too.

I do, but he mostly just asks me to sit on his back. Which, like, I’m not exactly feather light? Dude, are you sure I’m not just hurting you more?

When his anxiety’s bad he makes me lay on his chest. I keep saying he should just get a weighted blanket or something, but he insists on being crushed by me instead.
