Tendou, you are having sleep problems? That is concerning. I've compiled some tips to help you get a good night's rest.

In general
Set a sleep schedule to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Try to stick to schedule and don't sleep in even if you've got little sleep the night before.
//u can take drugs like melatonin, but im wary of suggesting that bc that should be taken w care, plus isnt good for long term i think. you should talk to a doctor and get a prescription before trying anything
Daytime
Stay active. This shouldn't be a problem since we practice almost every day, but stay active even on days we do not have practice.
Have a good diet. I am concerned with how little you are eating.
Go outside and get sunlight. This will help you get a healthier internal clock. I do not understand where the clock is but that is what I've read.
Refrain from napping during the day. If you must, keep it less than 20 minutes long.
Before bed
Do not consume any caffeine in the evening. This includes chocolate and various drinks such as coffee, soda, energy drinks, and some types of tea.
Do not eat a heavy meal at night.
Refrain from energetic activities 90 minutes before sleeping. Also, refrain from using your phone.
Set a comfortable sleeping environment. Keep it dark using curtains, blinds or eye masks. If your surroundings are noisy, use earplugs. Make sure your room is the right temperature for you and that your sleeping arrangement is comfortable and clean.
Do not keep screens in your room. This includes digital clocks; it is recommended to keep them face-down.
