exfoliate your legs, arms, underarms, neck, every other shower!
after your shower, pat dry, put on a robe and brush your teeth and continue with your skincare products/routine!
lotion up your body with cocoa butter or shea butter or any kind of gentle lotion!
A little extra stuff I like to do is exfoliating my lips, using lip balm, and drinking an entire glass of water before I go to bed!
