The last time I was active on Tumblr was July 2016. I used to really enjoy being on Tumblr, I’m not incredibly sure why I stopped. I’ve been showing my girlfriend old episodes of Top Gear and it reminded me of how much cars and driving used to mean to me. I say “used to” because I feel like I’ve become disenchanted with car culture at large. I still love cars, especially MY car and proper driving scratches an itch that nothing else quite reaches. I guess I’ve never been able to connect with other enthusiasts and I’ve just distanced myself as a result. It’s just strange to look back and see how ubiquitous of a theme it was in my life. But maybe I just drank the Nostalgia Juice™ too hard. 

I don’t miss it though. At least, I don’t miss who I was back then, as much as changed. Shit is still pretty strange, good strange and bad strange but that’s okay. I think I’ll come and post more but I don’t remember who I follow or who followed me.
