“And what a lucky man that makes me,” Lukas hummed, tapping his hands against the steering wheel happily. “You know…after we wrap on this film, you could always…I don’t know, come back with me to my family’s ranch. Just for a bit. You could come see the animals and some of the best sunsets you’ll ever see…”

Colby watched her as she spoke, to be truly honest, he thought she would have been long gone by now. He leaned forward in his chair and set down his drink "I think neither of us is as bad as we think we are."

“Technically, the contract on our relationship doesn’t end for another two months,” Cristina joked, her smile falling away after a moment. “Sorry, bad timing,” she added. “I’m still here,” she confirmed, taking a seat across from him. “Trust me, if you ever see me at my worst, you’d run away screaming. You’re not nearly the train wreck you think you are.”

“What are you doing here?” Cristina nearly dropped the drink in her hand upon seeing Austin. “I mean, hi! I didn’t expect to see you here tonight.” And she meant that, she had driven a half hour out of town to make sure they wouldn’t cross paths. Or she tried to.

"I'm here because you walked off without an explanation," Austin said, giving her a once over. "I think I deserve a bit more than an, 'it's not you it's me' don't I?"

“Miss Freyja,” Charlie began, still lingering far back in the doorway. “I would like to apologize for my recent attitude since you’re arrival. I’m afraid I did not give you the best impression of myself in light of recent events and it was very poor of me.”

Freyja's hand froze mid-brush as she looked up in her mirror at him. She brought the brush down to her lap and fluttered her eyes at him a bit surprised. "I...you...you don't have to apologize to me, my lord. I understand what you have dealt with in the past year is very terribly sad."

"Oh! Were they not getting along with the daisies?" He laughed softly as he took her hand. He gave it a small squeeze and gestured for her to lead the way.

“The daisies in the garden are starting to come in,” Cristina said proudly. “I did accidentally kill them twice, but Frey brought them back. You should come see them.”

Luther stopped what he was doing and looked up smiling softly "Y-yeah! I would love to see them."

"Yeah, but it's cute that Uncle Viktor wants to teach her. She loves all her uncles," she smiled and kissed the top of his head.

“Is Brenna’s violin lesson over?” Ben asked, removing his headphones. “I love her to death but…I don’t think being musically inclined is one of her superpowers.”

Freyja laughed as she came into their room, "Yes, but only because Uncle Klaus offered her a makeover."

“The daisies in the garden are starting to come in,” Cristina said proudly. “I did accidentally kill them twice, but Frey brought them back. You should come see them.”

Luther stopped what he was doing and looked up smiling softly "Y-yeah! I would love to see them."

"Great! 3P0 should be back any minute with supplies!" He said as he turned and tugged her with him into his home above the shop.

“I found this little guy half buried in the sand and hardly beeping. I asked everyone around and they said you were the guy to bring him to,” Cristina explained, gesturing to the droid she had dragged in.

Walt turned around to face the woman and froze. "Huh?" He blinked at the most beautiful person he had ever seen. "Droid? Yes oh! I can...yes! I can help."

"I think you mean you're stuck with me because I'm never leaving my sweet boys," she cooed softly, not even realizing she had used the plural.

“Remind me to make a car seat for the kid,” Tommy commented, piloting with one hand and holding the little one with the other. “Do you mind taking him for a minute? Just so we don’t have an accidental crash landing?”

"Of course I don't mind." Freya smiled happily. She reached out and took him from tommy, holding the small creature in her lap. "You don't mind either, do you, sweet boy."

Walt blushed again and smiled "only if you insist, though I don't mind making you dinner here at all."

Walt turned around to face the woman and froze. "Huh?" He blinked at the most beautiful person he had ever seen. "Droid? Yes oh! I can...yes! I can help."

Freyja beamed excitedly when he called her that, she couldn't help but smile around him.

She squealed in delight. "Did you hear that? He called me Ma! Am I your Mama Grogu?" She scooped him up and kissed his little head.

"Of course I don't mind." Freya smiled happily. She reached out and took him from tommy, holding the small creature in her lap. "You don't mind either, do you, sweet boy."

"No, really, it's a good deed for a good deed," he insisted. He practically melted with her hands on his own. "Would you...like to stay for dinner?.... So he can relax for a bit of course."

Walt stood up and blushed, embarrassed he had been so rude. "Oh yes! Sorry! I'm Walter... but everyone just calls me Walt." He held out his hand. "And you are?."
