Welp, it's about that time... I've done everything except 'that hand'™—again.

Chase is a sweetheart—a big, awkward sweetheart looking for a fresh start in a new town—and happens to luck out when a longtime family friend offers to rent him a quaint two-story home on the outskirts of the city.

It’s not fancy. In fact, the place is a dump. It smells like cat piss and mistakes, and he’s pretty sure he’s been inside condemned buildings with fewer holes in the walls. But none of that matters, because this shithole is his.

He’s the sort of guy who believes anything can be done with a YouTube video and a beer. Chase doesn’t realize he’s in over his head until plumbing gets involved—and he learns firsthand that it’s going to take more than a video and a lukewarm beverage to fix the waterfall he created under the sink.

Thankfully, he knows where the water shutoff is. Unfortunately, he didn’t think to do that part first.
