Today I stopped to think about Erwin's death scene, and it seems that every time I see it, something makes it deeper and sadder. Because if you stop to think about it, Levi literally felt his last breath.

I'm so irritated by how much of the AoT fandom insists that Ymir was emotional and that Historia didn't love her when we have obvious evidence of their love in the manga and anime. It's frustrating how much they try to erase it out of prejudice. All they say is, "But Historia had a child with a man." YES, SHE DID, but she did it to SURVIVE, not because she loved the man. Her only true love will always be Ymir, and they should cry about it!

I saw this on tiktok and I remember when they talked about how, unlike the others, Levi was able to see Erwin as a person, not just a commander. Levi saw Erwin as a human being of flesh and blood who bleeds and gets hurt. Their relationship was so deep that it couldn't be summed up as mere bonds. They saw each other in ways that no one else could, and they knew and understood each other.

And I love them for that!

Interestingly, some people portray Levi as a cold character when, in fact, he was one of the most sensitive characters in Attack on Titan. Having grown up in survival mode and having gone through so many things, staying serious about the situation was Levi's way of not losing his sanity. But what is intriguing and saddening is how he releases all his feelings once it's finally over and he has kept his promise: we see him crying with tears streaming down his face.

It's as if he has managed to escape survival mode for the first time, breathing in a sense of pure relief that he hasn't experienced in a long time, if ever.

I think the fandom talks very little about Levi and Kenny's relationship.

I was thinking about how much of Levi's fandom has a hard time reading the character, maybe it's because his design is exactly what a certain bubble of fans like, to focus on 'boyfriend/husband material', something clichéd, but that completely obscures the character.
