I've been working on an artbook these past few weeks and they will be available at my next cons (Polaris, Hamburg and Comic Con, Stuttgart) and I'm also planning to open a pre-order at the end of the year! I'm so excited!!

Do you think the scrapped version of Loki S2 E5 was more queer and that's why it wasn't allowed to continue? Lokius for life 😭🌈😔💔

I'm fully convinced they made them canon in the scrapped version, cos why else would D*sney tell them to redo the whole thing when the episode was everyone's favorite and already completely finished? Also, the fact that several people saw Tom kiss Owen on the cheek on set at the jetski store. Plus, Eric Martin (headwriter) has shown on twitter that he's a Lokius fan. And in general, everyone who has worked on season 2 seems to love them together. This will haunt me forever...curse you, D*sney.

Some more OC illustrations from my final! Back to my girls Sanja and Tirae!

Their relationship is what the whole story revolves around! I don't want to give too much away (and I'm also rewriting a lot atm, lol), but this is what I can tell you about them: Sanja, Queen of Leonaz, is plagued by dreams of a mysterious stranger. Dreams that won't let her rest during the night and concentrate on important tasks during the day. But who exactly is this stranger haunting her? Do they even exist—and why are they filling Sanja's heart and mind with desires yet unknown to her?

I've been a fanartist since forever so going from that to OCs is incredibly nerve-wrecking for me, especially since art is my livelihood. But people have been so incredibly kind, especially at conventions and it just makes me so damn happy that you guys like my children even though I haven't shared much yet! It's really motivating me to keep going.

What's the story behind your ocs? Is it a fantasy setting? Or some kind of dystopia? They look like they have so many stories to tell!

I wrote a whole book about them for my final last year, but it was very rushed and I'm now rewriting the whole thing in my free time, haha.

I have some info posted about them over on my patreon! You don't have to be a member to read it. :) It's not fully up to date anymore, tho.

And yes, it's a fantasy setting! I'm horrible at summaries, so I've just shared short descriptions of my OCs below and I think that way you'll get the gist of what the overall story is about!

Sanja

As the sole heir to the throne, Sanja was crowned Queen of Leonaz at the age of twenty-one following the untimely passing of her father. Soft-hearted and naive until the day of her coronation, she believed she could bring a new and brighter future to her people. However, she was unaware of the challenges she would face simply for being born a woman. Instead of becoming a powerful ruler, she became little more than a pretty face, her image plastered across the kingdom as decoration while the men in the background made all the real decisions, ignoring her every word. She endured a decade in this state until one fateful night, when a dream of a mesmerizing stranger stirred a deep longing within her for a life yet undiscovered, compelling her to abandon everything she had ever known, leaving her lavish life-style to explore a world of endless possibilities–far beyond the walls of the kingdom that had confined her for her entire life.

Tirae

There are whispers circulating of a crazed woman that resides in the darkest shadows of the woods that border land and sea. The first rumours emerged over a decade ago, when the king still sat upon the throne and Queen Sanja was but a young girl. She lures men into her traps, the people say. She lures them in, bewitches them, and the next day, after the men appear to have safely returned to their anxious families—still delirious—they are found hanging from nearby trees. The few fortunate enough to return alive describe her as beastly—tall as the towering trees, strong as a bloodthirsty creature, and when they locked eyes with hers, they were met with a darkness devoid of all human emotion. Yet, no one has ever returned with undisputable proof of her existence. She lives on only as a tale told to children and daring husbands, a warning to make sure they return home before nightfall.

Chima

They say he was once the king’s most trusted right-hand man, banished for reasons unknown. Many rumours surround him and his exile—did he betray his people? Did he stab the king in the back? Did he reveal royal secrets he was never meant to? Curiosity about him grew daily, yet no one dared to get close enough to ask. He was a reclusive, grumpy man, often spotted at inns, a fifth ale in hand, quietly taking in the gossip that mostly revolved around him. His only trusted companion—an Okapi named Lui—always waiting patiently outside. They called him the Vagabond. The man drifting from place to place, never settling down, never forming ties, and never letting anyone into his world. It was a day like any other when Sanja—the girl he had once cherished like his own daughter—now all grown up, turned his comfortable existence upside down. Against his better judgment, she convinced him to join her on an adventure to find a woman who might or might not exist, but most importantly—he was certain could and would turn them both into minced meat. And as if all that wasn’t enough, they had the misfortune of crossing paths with the infamous red-haired local madman—who just so happened to be in the midst of trying to steal his Okapi.

Rakai

He’s known by many names: the local madman, the back-stabbing bandit, the sweet-talking snake, the deceptive daredevil, and, less creative but most popular among the locals—that piece of shit! Those few words, shouted in the middle of the street during broad daylight, were all it took for an entire city to know of his arrival—Rakai. And even worse—he thrived on it. The attention, the angry eyes constantly on him, being watched and talked about, even if it was for all the wrong reasons. He was a thief of treasures and hearts all at once, and he was damn good at it, too. Then along came a man, grumpy and irritable like no other, who Rakai had heard countless fascinating tales about—someone who couldn’t care less about him, who didn’t even spare him a second glance, no matter how nicely Rakai styled his hair that day. So, what better way to get the man’s attention than by stealing his Okapi?

They're very precious to me and I've worked on them on and off since 2019. I've always been too nervous to share more of them, though. But I really want to get over that fear and finally share them with the world! I really hope you like them! ⭐

hey! i love your art!! I saw art of your OCs and was like, blown away by how detailed their expressions were drawn, they had like all the micro-expressions and it just floored me. If you have the time I'm really curious if you have any advice on drawing facial expressions on characters, especially the small ones? thank you!

Thank you so much, hearing this means a lot to me since in the past I've struggled so much with drawing expressions.

I'm really bad at explaining, but when drawing expressions it's really important to understand how each small movement affects the entire face. For example, raising an eyebrow will slightly enlarge your eye or a bright smill will shrink them. I can really recommend having a mirror right next to you while drawing to study your own face!

Also, don't be afraid to draw "imperfections". Wrinkles and smile lines will immediately make your characters look so much more lively! They're also just so fun to draw, haha.
