Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Pixeon
Ultimate: Sylveon
#133.58 - It is rare to see a Sylveon in the wild. In order to evolve into this fairy-type, an Eevee must have a close bond with another fairy type Pokemon, from whom it can learn both deep compassion and fairy-type moves. A Trainer can be a substitute for this affection, though they must still help their Eevee learn a fairy-type move. Young Sylveon, dubbed Pixeon, aim to share their affection with trainers and Pokemon they meet by sending a soothing aura out from their developing, ribbon-like feelers. Once they’re mature, the feelers are also used as a mesmerizing distraction against prey.
Named: Eevee - Pixeon - Sylveon ⓘ

Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Frosteon
Ultimate: Glaceon
#133.57 - Eevee’s unstable genetic makeup allows for this Pokemon to adapt to their environment by altering the composition of their body. If an Eevee lives in the frigid cold, it will adapt by gaining an acute control over its body heat - as well as a resistance to the freezing temperatures. These Eevee will grow a very fine layer of fur, which can be frozen into needle-like spikes and fired off at will. Fully evolved Glaceon are said to emanate such coldness that powdery snow will naturally form around them. However, Eevee are not often native to colder areas, and it is very rare to sight to see a Glaceon in the wild. Trainers can emulate this environment by exposing their Eevee to certain icy stones.

Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Sprouteon
Ultimate: Leafeon
#133.56 - Eevee’s irregularly configured DNA makes them extremely influenced by their environment. Any Eevee, if exposed for extended periods of time to a certain type of moss, is likely to evolve into Leafeon. The moss spores get caught in Eevee’s fur, and over time the Pokemon’s cells will become so similar to those of plants, that it will grow several sprouts and can even perform photosynthesis, causing the air around these maturing Eevee to always be clean and pure. Their new sprouts smell like fresh grass, and darken in color with age.

Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Penumbreon
Ultimate: Umbreon
#133.55 - While the average Eevee is diurnal, the great variation in their genetic code results in some individuals being naturally nocturnal. Prolonged exposure to the moon’s light and aura have changed these Eevee’s genetics and caused the start of their evolution into Umbreon. The yellow rings that begin to develop will not glow until the Pokemon are fully evolved, allowing them time to practice their stealth in the shadows. Trainers who develop a strong friendship with their Eevee can train them at night to trigger the Umbreon evolution as well.

Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Psycheon
Ultimate: Espeon
#133.54 - Eevee’s irregular genetic make-up gives it the most variability in evolution of any other Pokemon, and it is influenced by both its environment and its relationships. Eevee who bond with other Pokemon, forming a strong friendship, are likely to evolve into Espeon if they haven’t been affected by other external influences. To begin evolving into Espeon when captured, an Eevee must instead have a deep trust and friendship with their trainer. Evident signs that evolution has begun include a splitting of the tail and a budding reveal of a gemstone like orb developing on the forehead. These Eevee are extremely loyal to trainers whom they’ve deemed worthy; it is even said that the precognitive powers they develop are a response to the desire to protect their trainers from harm.

Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Embreon
Ultimate: Flareon
#133.53 - Although the similar appearances between stages has lead some Pokemon trainers to speculate that Flareon is the default evolution of Eevee, scientists have proven that this is untrue. Due to their unique and easily influenced genetic makeup, an Eevee will only evolve into Flareon if they live in a very hot environment; or, in rare cases, if they live closely with a group of fire-type Pokemon. Captive Eevee will evolve into Flareon if their trainer frequently exposes them to a Fire Stone.

Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Sparkeon
Ultimate: Jolteon
---
Non-canon listed: Voltee
#133.52 - Eevee are easily influenced by their environment, and can evolve into Jolteon in several scenarios; such as living in a place where thunderstorms are common, living near power plants, or even living among a community of electric type Pokemon. Eevee’s cells will begin to absorb the electricity around them, powering up the cells and causing them to begin generating their own low level of electricity. The static causes their fur stand sharply on end, and can be launched like needles if threatened. Pokemon trainers looking for a Jolteon can frequently expose their Eevee to a Thunder Stone.
Named: Eevee - Sparkeon - Jolteon [Old Version]
#135 Baby - Eevee are unique Pokemon that have an unstable genetic makeup. Their DNA can be altered through numerous environmental stimuli, and in some cases, through successive generations of breeding. ‘Baby Jolteon,’ colloquially known as Voltee, can occasionally be found in areas where it is evolutionary advantageous to be an Electric-type, as long as there is a strong population of Jolteon present. Though they are technically still infant Eevee, these young pups have DNA that is near identical to Jolteon, resulting in younglings that not only closely resemble Jolteon, but will also evolve naturally into Jolteon without exposure to a Thunderstone or further electric stimuli. These Jolteon pups are able to generate a very small amount of electricity, and aren’t equipped to handle large voltages without shocking themselves. Their fluffy fur often stands up with static.

Rookie: Eevee
Champion: Misteon
Ultimate: Vaporeon
#133.51 - It is possible for Eevee who live alongside lakes and rivers to evolve into the aquatic Vaporeon. These Eevee will quickly begin to take on a blue hue as they spend more time in water, which helps them to blend in and avoid predators. After a time, these Eevee will begin to develop gills that will allow them to breathe underwater, and their tail will split into a long, powerful fin. Eevee won’t be able to melt away into water, a signature trait of Vaporeon, until they have finished evolving and their cell structure completely resembles that of water molecules. In order to get their Eevee to evolve into a Vaporeon, a trainer must frequently expose them to a Water Stone.

Fresh: Pawmi
In-Training: Pawmio
Rookie: Pawmo
Champion: Pawmotto
Ultimate: Pawmot
#921.5 - Pawmi are cautious Pokemon that live in forests and meadows. In addition to underdeveloped electric sacs on their cheeks, Pawmi have electricity-discharging organs on their forepaws that they can use to defend themselves. They will first generate electricity by rubbing their cheeks, then shock opponents by touching them with the pads on their forepaws. Though they are unsteady while standing on their hind legs, as these Pokemon age they become competent and agile on their feet.
#922.5 - Pawmo live in groups, where they roam large distances and find safety in numbers and the ability to look after each other. Pawmo are quick to leap into battle, facing and defeating enemies with a unique fighting technique that utilizes both physical strikes and electric zaps from their forepaws. Their thick fur not only keeps them warm, it is also a good insulator and acts as a battery, storing excess electricity to be released at another time. Though they have a slow reaction speed as full-grown Pawmot, these Pokemon are able to attack opponents with fast movements when battling. Pawmo must be exercised regularly outside of their Pokeball in order to evolve into Pawmot.

Fresh: Pichu
In-Training: Piachu
Rookie: Pikachu
Champion: Birichu/SunnyBirichu
Ultimate: Raichu/SurferRaichu
#172.5 - Despite their small size, Pichu are charged with enough electricity to shock an adult human; however, they are inept at storing and retaining electricity, and often startle themselves by discharging power accidentally. These electric mice are social Pokemon, and flourish in large groups of its kind, or with a deep bond with its trainer. As they age, they get better control over their electricity, and use their larger tail to help ground themselves and prevent shocks. Pichu will also begin to develop cheek pouches, which they use to store extra electricity.
#025.5 - Pikachu live in forests away from people, where they gather in groups and form a tight community. They use their stored electricity in several different ways, such as roasting hard berries, recharging a weakened fellow Pikachu, and as a warning to threats that get too close. Not all Pikachu evolve, but those who do often seek out thunderstorms with their tail raised, attempting to get struck by lightning. The additional electricity helps them grow, though too much may cause some aggressive behavior until the extra has been discharged. Trainers can simulate this by frequently exposing their Pikachu to a Thunderstone.
#025.5A - Pikachu can be found in the Alolan wilds, and like several over Pokemon species native to another region, have an altered evolution due to their time there. Alolan Pikachu have quite the sweet tooth, and often sneak into urban areas to steal sweets and pancakes. If a Pikachu is charged with enough excess Electricity, it will trigger their evolution; though they will develop a new Psychic typing, believed to be due to their new diet. After watching Alolan natives surfing on ocean waves, these Pikachu practice their budding psychic power by gathering it into their tails so they ‘surf’ on them as well!

Fresh: Quaxly
In-Training: Quaxtep
Rookie: Quaxwell
Champion: Quamenco
Ultimate: Quaquaval
#912.5 - Not originally native to Paldea, Quaxly are earnest, tidy Pokemon, who take everything very seriously. Their feathers secrete a glossy gel that protects their body against water and grime; they are particularly careful to keep the feathered coif of their head slicked back using a rich, moist, cream. Though little, Quaxly posses strong legs that allow them to both swim without difficulty in strong currents and fend off opponents. As Quaxly evolve into Quaxtep, their stoic disposition aids them in their meticulous and consistent training. Quaxtep and Quaxwell will observe the movements of people and Pokemon from various regions and incorporate those motions into their own routines; they will later compete with others to compare the grace and discipline of their kicks.
#0913.5 - Quaxwell’s impressive feathered head coif has impact-absorbing properties, allowing them to hold a low posture and absorb any income blows with their head; however, they feel mentally and physically unwell if their hair becomes messed up, so they will immediately fix it after the battle. Dedicated training will transform Quaxwell’s legs into incredibly strong weapons; it is said that even a light kick from a fully evolved Quaquaval can flip over a truck. As they mature into Quamenco, these Pokemon begin to sprout ornamental tail feathers, which further enhance their dance moves. As Quaquaval, these Pokemon can use specialized organs located at the tips of their tail feathers to spray decorative and deadly “water feathers” during battle. Their dancing movements are said to evoke far-away places and are a mesmerizing sight to behold.

Fresh: Fuecoco
In-Training: Caimiente
Rookie: Crocalor
Champion: Muertodile
Ultimate: Skeledirge
#909.5 - Fuecoco are laid-back Pokemon that do things at their own pace. They are extrememely food-motivated and love to eat. External heat is absorbed by the square scales on Fuecoco’s stomach and back, then converted into fire energy. The sheer amount of fire and caloric energy cannot be contained inside their bodies, and leaks out onto the top of their head. As they grow and produce more energy, the flames atop their head grows as well, forming into a nest-like shape. As Fuecoco age into Caimiente, and later Crocalor, their fire energy and overflowing vitality mixes together, forming into an egg-shaped fireball. Though they use the fireball as a part of their fire attacks in battle, they can be oddly doting over it.
#0910.5 - Crocalor possess an internal flame sac that has a valve connecting it to their vocal cords. As a result, they release fire with every guttural cry. Though they seem to enjoy “singing,” their voice could hardly be described as beautiful. They cannot help but release their voice as they breathe fire attacks, which becomes more destructive as they ramp up their firepower, causing opponents to take extra damage. Fire energy continues to build atop their heads until their fireball “egg” hatches, producing a fiery fledgling with its own unique soul. The presence of this companion grants a Muertodile grace, shaping its voice into a gentle but powerful force that soothes the hearts of all who hear it. The soul in the fireball is able to change its form via the power of an adult Skeledirge’s singing voice; the two rely on each other and possess a special bond.

Fresh: Sprigatito
In-Training: Leafelino
Rookie: Floragato
Champion: Purrtalo
Ultimate: Meowscarada
#906.5 - Sprigatito are capricious and attention-seeking Pokemon that thrive with attention and will sulk if they’re ignored by people. Their fluffy fur has a similar composition to plants, enabling them to create energy by absorbing sunlight. Through grooming, they can further aid the photosynthesis process. By rubbing their paws together, they can unleash a sweet, therapeutic aroma that mesmerizes anyone near it and causes their foes to stop battling; the scent becomes more potent when Sprigatito is exposed to sunlight. Over time, they learn to stand to better perform tricks and attacks. As these Pokemon age and grow in Leafelino, they develop a mischievous streak that is aided by their intelligence and dexterity. If their Trainers do not give them the level of attention they desire, Leafelino may misbehave by pulling pranks. Their flora-like fur begins to grow a flower bud with a long vine; as Floragato, they can wield the vine with deft attacks.
#907.5 - Floragato’s plant-like fur responds to their mood. Though normally soft and silky, their fur will harden to needle-sharp points when they are prepared to battle. Floragato’s desire for attention stems from an innate loneliness; they can easily develop a jealous personality and a strong attachment to their Trainer. As they evolve into Purrtalo, the leaf growing from the base of Floragato’s neck will develop into a showy cape, while their pink flower bud transforms into a battle-ready flower bomb! The fur lining of their cape has a special property that scatters light, aiding them in illusionary tricks and attacks; however, only fully grown Meowscarada have mastery over this technique. By using skillful misdirection, Meowscarada will rigs their foes with pollen-packed flower bombs, setting off the bombs before their foes even realize what’s going on.

Rookie: Raboot
Champion: Dashare
Ultimate: Cinderace
#813.5 - Scorbunny use their powerful legs to run and jump around their opponents, confusing and disorienting them. They possess a fire sac in their chest, which contains viscous fire energy, as well as special pads on the bottom of their feet and on their nose; once they’re raring to fight, these pads radiate tremendous heat. When a Scorbunny increases its heart rate and body temperature by running around and warming up properly, the true power of its fire energy is awakened and its physical capabilities are greatly increased. As Scorbunny age, their fur becomes thicker and fluffier, protecting them from the cold and enabling them to use hotter fire moves. They begin to favor using their feet to attack, and will actively train their kicking attacks.
#814.5 - The fur that covers Raboot’s whole body has changed to become more effective against cold weather. This thick fur is also good for controlling the Pokémon’s fire energy, allowing Raboot to unleash their full power in a shorter amount of time. Favoring the powerful legs they’ve gained as they’ve aged, Raboot keeps both hands tucked into the thick fur around its waist when it acts, which aids them in practicing their kicking moves.
