RULES.

i. dead dove content ahead, with triggering themes including but not limited to: graphic depictions of physical and psychological torture, gendered violence, maternal death, mental illness, miscarriage, misogyny, nuclear holocaust, racism, and sexual assault / abuse / exploitation / shame / trauma. these themes will be referenced heavily in ellen’s backstory and explored through ic and ooc writing. i will do my best to tag major triggers, but if anything i’ve mentioned above is highly distressing for you, do not pass go. do not collect $200.

ii. due to mature content, you must be at least 18+ to follow me. i will not write n.sfw content with anyone under the age of 21. i will block you if you don’t have your age clearly shown on your blog.

iii. this blog is mutuals only and highly selective. as this is a sideblog, i follow back from @ergohate. you don’t have to follow or write with me over there, but if i’m not following you from that blog, we’re not mutuals. the general rules over there will also apply here.

iv. i will not be active every day. i am, unfortunately, a full time corporate girlie, and i have other hobbies and responsibilities outside of tumblr rp. i deal with unmedicated adhd, anxiety, and depression, and have chronic pain that makes it difficult to type or text when it flares up. expect replies to take anywhere from several days to several weeks. please try to remember that this is a stress relieving hobby for me!

v. my ellen is a headcanon-based amalgamation of the game, radio play, and short story, with heavy inspiration drawn from the game's official strategy guide. please refer to my carrd for her full backstory and dossier. i’m more than happy to answer any questions you may have and to yap about my interpretation!

vi. i am multiverse, multiship, AU, and crossover friendly! i just ask that you have a complete bio for me to reference, or at least a wiki link.

vii. shipping is not a priority for me, but if the chemistry is there, i’m open to discuss it. all i ask is that you respect my right to decline for whatever reason. please be mindful and respectful of ellen’s sexual trauma. shipping is possible, but it will require heavy plotting. i don't insta-ship, and i will only ship with muns i have a friendly relationship with ooc.

viii. replies will be iconless. i prefer to use small text, double spaces, and light formatting for my ic writing, but i don’t care if you don’t. i’m here to write; aesthetics are secondary. my only requirements relate to dashboard accessibility. i’m unlikely to follow back if you do not trim or tag your posts, use extra-large gifs or images for your replies, post excessive ooc, or overformat to the point where your writing is too difficult to read. if my formatting is an issue for you, kindly let me know and i’ll adjust it for our threads.
