increased to 120kg (265lbs) today and when i tell you that my legs were shaking like a leaf
i workout with a personal trainer each week at the gym and in today's session i reached a new leg press personal best of 110kg (roughly 243 lbs) which she said is now one of the highest of her clients and idk i got a bit emotional and feeling a lil bit proud of myself
#may or may not have been due to the horrid hangover i had 💀#don’t normally drink before a gym day but last night i was celebrating my five year work anniversary#crazy to think that’s been five years now#anyway my trainer was talking about how we’ll hit 150kg in no time and i’m a bit intimidated not gonna lie

Anyone else go through that occasional phase where toast and butter is just the tastiest fucking creation on the planet and you have to restrain yourself from eating an entire loaf of bread in ten minutes
#my post-gym snack for the anabolic window is a couple slices of this bread that has extra protein toasted with a lil bit of jam#(and a couple other random bits)#and it has all these seeds and pulses on it and my god it tastes so damn good#i have to wrestle myself away from the rest of the loaf because the temptation to devour the whole thing is so damn high
