I got three of the Stranger Things plush keychains from Cinereplicas. There are more characters available (S4 Lucas, Max, El and a Demogorgon) but these three cost around $40 with shipping so getting the whole set of seven wasn't a financially responsible move at the moment.

Overall, I like them! Dustin is probably my fave out of these three plush, but they did include one of Steve’s moles on his face, which is neat!

On the other hand, this is how they did the “AHOY” logo on Steve and Robin’s hats (and keep in mind Dustin has a tiny but fully accurate Hellfire Club logo on his shirt):

Still fuming we didn’t get Steve at any point throughout the seasons in this outfit. In my opinion one of his best outfits and it’s for a coca-cola advert 😭😭

When I saw Stranger Things: The First Shadow on Broadway a few months ago, they had a radio broadcast from Bob play before the show, while people were finding their seats. During the broadcast Bob did an ad read for 'Harrington's Pet Groomers'. The play takes place in 1959 so I assume that’s probably Steve's grandparents and not his parents.

I realize it was probably a joke about Steve keeping himself well-coiffed, but I’d love if that was really how the 1980s Harrington family gained their wealth - not real estate or finance or practicing law, but decades and decades of pampering pets.

By the ‘80s, Harrington’s Pet Groomers has at least one location in every state, and they’re looking to expand into Canada and Mexico. Steve’s parents travel so much to oversee the development and opening of new locations. Steve loved playing with all the dogs (and occasional cat) at the Hawkins location when he was a kid but his parents never let him have a pet of his own.

Steve grinned. It wasn’t a rejection. It was very far from a rejection.

Eddie breathed out through his nose harshly. Then he used the leverage of Steve's fingers around his wrist to pull Steve in for a kiss.

He smelled of smoke. He tasted like shitty beer. It was unlike any kiss Steve had ever experienced before in his life.

I drew a scene from my favorite fic to date, Lovesick in Loch Nora by @red-0ak-tree , something I have been meaning to do ever since my second read through. Such a beautiful plot and such beautiful characters.
