Oh god, no. Not even hungover. I had maybe two glasses of wine. I had a lot of food though and that was amazing. It was really fun. Nothing better than being surrounded by a group of your close friends. 

ah i see, well that’s always nice too of course ! though this past birthday of mine was pretty crazy, i have to admit that. then again i’m one to have weekend night ins with some pals, a good film and some wine too so . . regardless it’s a good bit of fun.

Me too. But, it isn’t very often that I get to sit around and do nothing which is why I’m cherishing every second! Thank you, Harry! No, it wasn’t as wild as you would imagine though. I just had my girlfriends over at my place and had a pretty tame, quiet birthday. 

i reckon when you’re able to actually have a seat and breathe, it’s always a good thing. i can’t imagine how you must be feeling though, birthday hangovers are something else. you’re more than welcome though ! oh, i see. well at least you had a good time then, yeah ?

It happened back in 2013..but I ended up thinking of it again since it’s going to trial soon. I know not all are gross trust me. There’s a select few who ruin it for the rest you know? You’re one of the good guys. Long time no see.

well i’m glad it didn’t get ignored because like . . that’s pretty important of an issue to get handled. i’m still sorry it happened though, it’s quite a shame. reckon that’s the issue for loads of people but yeah, i know what you mean. happy to be one though ! yeah, definitely. been quite awhile, hasn’t it ?

Their lives were quite crazy when she thought about it. Not just in the sense of being well-known and having to deal with consequences of that, but also in the sense of letting loose. Perrie did quite prefer to keep her professional life professional and her personal life…well…personal. For the most part, in the limelight she was Perrie- Ray of Sunshine- Edwards. Don’t worry, be hippie. All around sweetheart. Not that she wasn’t a sweetheart, but she enjoyed a good time just as much as any other person her age. That wasn’t something that usually went over well as far as the media was concerned, hence her somewhat small circle of friends. She learned early on to keep her guard up except around people she trusted. Harry happened to be on that list. “I bet you do. I know people talk to you about your hair all the time. You can carry it off though.” Taking another sip from her glass she nodded. 

“My life and shit like that…” The blonde repeated with a laugh, “Gosh, you make it sound so fantastic. But..you know that patience isn’t my strong suit. I’ll try, for you. I hope you feel special.” Leaning her back against the couch she would snag another sip from her glass, “I would love nothing more than to hear the list of films you’ve prepared for the evening.” One of her perfectly plucked brows raised as she waited for him to fill her in.

“I’ve not seen the film yet, but the album is fucking gold. You guys are blowing me away with the solo material, I have to admit. I knew you all had it in you, but actually listening to the final product is brill.” Perrie gave him a thumbs up with another nod. “Yeah I guess you could say that. Glory Days has done pretty well. Mostly in Europe, as to be expected. These Americans are kind of a tough nut to crack, yeah?” It was a rhetorical question for the most part, he and the lads had succeeded in breaking into the US market pretty early on. “We’ve been touring. You know how it goes, it’s a lot of work. But it’s loads of fun, too. We did kind of a mini version of a tour over the last couple of months, now we’ve got some time off before the full out version starts across the pond.”

there’s nothing more comforting than two busy people sat next to each other, drinking some wine, talking about everything under the sun that they’re able to think of. there’s an odd level of comfort harry feels which is rare to say the very least. it’s not often he gets to actually sit down & breathe for once, so when he’s able to he wishes it was able to last a lot longer. after everything with the album, dunkirk & god knows what else with promo, he almost wants to spend the rest of the days taking a damn nap. perrie’s never one to fail brightening spirits though, she’s probably one of the more bright people he knows & well he’s lucky for that, for sure. it’s been a time & a half since he & perrie have gotten fucked up to where they’d just run the streets of london, do what they wanted & laugh about it all H U N G O V E R the next day. “ thanks, p. it’s definitely a lot easier to take care of, i’ll tell you that much. loads easier, definitely. ” he admits with a shake to his head, laughing it off. it’s facts after all, it’s so much easier to deal with than having to struggle a brush through it anymore. he hasn’t had short hair since what . . SIXTEEN ? it’s wild of a concept. 

harry shrugs again, eyebrows furrowing in mere amusement to her mockery of his accent just to stick his tongue out teasingly so. “ hush up, it does sound cool ! i’m almost positive you’re doing loads more fun shit than i am. ” the male shifts in his seat, grumbling to the unfortunate pain in his back once he moves somewhat. “ and well all this traveling with the film crew is pretty much killing my body. i want to take like . . a TWENTY YEAR nap. ” he exaggerates the time frame, however, it doesn’t sound so bad the more he thinks it over. “ alright let’s see what i’ve got here. ” without hesitation he holds up The Notebook with a cheeky, much deeper dimpled grin. “ a right classic this one. ” he admits before pulling out Love Actually to follow, a personal favorite of his. “ basically we just have a shit ton of rom-coms. i hope you like them. ” he finishes, although she doesn’t have much a choice.

the gasp that falls from harry’s mouth is beyond dramatic as this very moment before he’s clutching a hand to his chest, right over his heart. “ i’m wounded ! alex would be so disappointed. well that’s if he wasn’t so selfish. quite the turn for me, i must say. but the album, yes. ” he adds with a full nod, finishing off his first glass of wine before working to his second ; it’s like he never shuts up when he’s drinking which is pretty true. perhaps he should relax a bit but there’s so much to discuss it’s got him worked up. “ but good i’m glad you liked the album, babe. i had to love it for myself before releasing it to anyone. making sure you love it beforehand as a soloist is very important. ” harry sips to the now heavier red wine, glass as big as his hand it’s ridiculous & he’d be kicking himself if paparazzi were around to see how ridiculous this GENUINELY looked. “ glory days is a good fucking album. ” the swear rolls off of his tongue smoothly, fingertips tapping to the arm of the couch. little mix have always had that talent though, harry knows it, the world k n o w s it. so it’s confident that perrie already knows the album is good. his hand moves up to push loose curls from his cheek, tucking them behind his ears before adding a “ i miss touring. like so much. i can’t wait for this solo tour. it’s gonna be amazing. ” finishing with another swig.
