Im looking at my pictures from almost 3 years ago and I was so skinny I want to be back to that toned skinny. But I was doing pilates, functional training and 2 hour ice skating once or twice a week. With my current schedule and also being in a new country its hard to get into it. Ive been thinking about a gym membership

Cooking in the kitchen is still a task and I've been trying to avoid one of my flatmates because he likes cooking for people. But we now have a scale that I sneak in to use everyonce in a while bc its not in the bathroom its in the depot which is cose to the kitchen which gets a lot of visiting in the nornings so morning checks are a lottle hard but not impossible

Moving to italy has been a little bit of hell. But I think I'm already sick of pasta and pizza. I ended up in a house with two guys one if v skinny tall the other has lost 30kgs with his diet and now im here. Time to join the gang of italians that somehow made it. Ive been quite busy but eating kostly veggies. I got a food processor type of thing so hopefully ill make soup. Other than that compared to france food is a much easier task.

I have a full body mirror now. Still no scale but I have a food scale. Besides making food with a scale makes me nervous but I feel like ot will also make me stay out of the kitchen.

I havent really bought anything that I usually binge on and I plan on keeping it that way.

I am also really busy. Not just the moving in but also med school. Which means there hasnt been any boredom binges.
