I would love to hear some more Native analysis from people familiar with this school. I live in the Bay Area, and just after college I naively looked at a job here, they were pretty horrifying...oh good I found a quote from the job advertisement:
“We are looking for hardworking people who believe in free market capitalism . . . Multicultural specialists, ultra liberal zealots and college-tainted oppression liberators need not apply.”

FBI, IRS serve search warrants to American Indian Charter
OAKLAND, Calif. — The FBI and IRS executed search warrants at three locations of an embattled Oakland charter school Monday evening, an FBI spokeswoman said. The warrants were served at the three campuses of American Indian Model Schools at about 5 p.m. Wednesday as part of an ongoing criminal investigation, FBI spokeswoman Julianne Sohn said.

The IACA has always rubbed me distinctly the wrong way. While it supposedly will help Indian artists protect the market for their arts, it's clearly designed with Whites in mind to make sure that White people aren't being tricked by those tricky Indians, and furthermore is just such an obvious consequence of regulating blood through money.
Indian blood with a dollar sign on it, stamped with federal approval for white consumption.
