The included U Sonic headphones are really good especially for commuting. Deep bass and block out noise well. Plus they adapt to your ear and surroundings. #BrilliantU #htc

Two new games installed today. Both as beautiful as the U play. I love Hue is a tile game where you have to re order tiles to complete a pattern purely made of colours changing hue. It’s fun and challenging.
Orbit is a simple physics game where you launch planets around a black hole. The aim is to keep them in Orbit without hitting other planets or diving into the hole. It’s really beautiful and relaxing.
Two great minimal and visually wonderful games.

So I’m now getting a feel for the battery life. The answer is its OK. Not amazing. Ok. It makes it through a normal day. Just. If using heavily you need to top up on the go. As you can see it’s at 46% at 4:30. I’ve done some emails, some what’s app, some peggle blast. It’s prediction is, it will last me through to the end of the day. But it’s been a light use day. I have a cable at work so I can top up if I need too. I need a spare quick charger for work then I’ll not have any worry. As 30 mins mid day will give me a refresh.
It's on par with other 5 inch phones I've used that can't pack a massive battery.

The Boost+ app is pre installed. It seems like a useful way of keeping rogue apps in check. Managing memory and storage use. I live that my SD card is just added to the system memory. This is an option when you install one.

Pro camera mode let's you do some great macro photography. And the raw capture means it looks sharp even when zoomed in.

So far it's asked me if I want commute info and step tracking. It hasn't yet asked for my home and work addresses. Wonder if it can get them from google?

The U Sonic headphones. They use a USB C connection as there's no 3.5mm port on the U series. They are tuned to your ear physiology when you plug in and it takes a few seconds. You can remap them anytime in settings. In use they are clear with a good range and deep bass.

The U Play comes with a clear cover in box - which has a dotted texture on the interior. Its a semi-hard cover, rather than the more floppy silicon type.
