Misunderstood

Ever feel like nobody hears you? Notices you? Well We are all human. We all have these feelings some point in our lives. We all feel MISUNDERSTOOD! And sometimes we really are. Its not that no one hears you. They do hear you. But that doesn’t mean they don’t understand. Sometimes they just don’t know what to say in response. They don’t want to say the wrong things. They do care. They just sometimes don’t want to say the wrong thing and make your feelings hurt more. But sometimes the problem is, we don't understand ourselves. And sometimes the solution is right in front of you. Next to you. And sometimes there is no solution. The reality is we are human. And Sometimes we forget that. And that is OKAY! We just have to have acceptance.

Been Gone A While.

Its been so long since i posted last. I feel like there isnt much to say when the truth is i do. Quite a dilemma.

I have a voice. And i want to be the voice for all those young girls and women of any age that have suffered from a rape. Just know that you are strong. You can speak out. Nobody is going to judge you. You did nothing wrong. You didn't ask for it to happen. Most importantly, you are NOT a victim. You are a SURVIVOR!. I want to the voice that speaks out because i understand. I am a survivor myself from 3 different rapes. It can do a massive amount of damage to a person. Some handle it and cope with it differently than other people. But at the end of the day, you can be proud of yourself that you made it through another day. It may be hard as it was for me to deal with and be able to smile. But smile. Because staying bitter, only drives a person into insanity. And you are strong.

You can take over this horrid world with positivity abd kindness etc. The expression of "take over the world," doesn't have to mean in a evil sort of way. It means that we are all equal but as an individual person, you have your spirituality and so much more to offer to take over the world you live in in a posi way. #keepingitposi #bringonthechallenges #spirituallyready #lightuptheworld

Hello I'm Caity!

In case you are wondering what "YOUnique" means, it means that YOU are unique. Its a word to self express. It stands for the power one has to be who and what ever you want to be. When i made that decision for my blog to name it YOUnique, i thought about how hard it was for me to have self - confidence. I saw this is my head and thought about it for a while. Now i see it and think about how much just one word has helped me boost that confidence i didn't think i would ever have!
