Before the war, we lived in safety and comfort. I went to school and was interested in my studies. Thank God, I was always among the top students

Like any normal day, I was on my way to school to complete my studies and get closer to my dreams, and suddenly...

At exactly 6:30 in the morning, something happened that changed everything, destroyed our lives, demolished our homes, and snatched away our dreams💔.

It was war...😓

The war came and destroyed all our lives, we were displaced from our home and went to areas we never imagined we would reach and lived in tents winter and summer and carried hundreds of liters of water, whether salty or for drinking and we heard sounds that no human had ever heard before and in the absence of gas fire became our only way to cook if we had something to cook and everything in our lives became lines whether eating, drinking, moving, shaving everything that comes to your mind became suffering and extreme difficulty nothing comes easily

My sister and I left Gaza two weeks before the war began

We are now studying medicine in Egypt

We finished our second year two days ago

We are now entering our third year (a clinical year)

Unfortunately, the university has asked us to pay the remaining fees so we can complete our studies😔💔

As you know, the situation is very bad, and I really only have enough money for my personal expenses for me and my sister. The money in the link was withdrawn and paid as fees for the first year. I also sent part of it to my family because unfortunately we do not have any source of income😔😔

israel has created literal hell on earth in gaza... we're seeing children starving to death, people older than the settler colony being shot dead, refugee camps, schools, and hospitals sheltering the vulnerable are bombed relentlessly. we're seeing some of the most inhumane acts being committed in gaza through our phones.

every other day we're reading news about how the famine is escalating and that it will cause a huge huge problem to the children of gaza. people are risking their lives for a simple bag of flour.

i urge you to donate to alaa, a mother of two young children, her tent was bombed recently and the family narrowly escaped with their lives. she needs a lot of supplies and a tent for shelter. her fundraiser is verified.

Have you ever seen a child crying from extreme hunger? Have you ever imagined that any people in this world would die from hunger? Have you ever seen aid called death aid? All of this is in Gaza.

Imagine that you live among them, every minute you are exposed to death, and even every second I suffer a lot for them

I saw a video of a 2.5 year old boy saying I am hungry, I swear I am hungry, it made me cry a lot and even my head started to hurt

We have begun to ignore Gaza. This is a fact. We are no longer like before. The people of Gaza are not numbers. They are people who just want to live.

it's always on a random night at like 1 am that it just clicks. why are you playing it small? why aren't you doing the thing you said you were going to do? what are you so afraid of? is that fear making you complacent? alchemize that fear you're paralyzed by. challenge yourself to live through it and live despite it. i'd rather do something afraid than sit on my ass and look up from my deathbed wishing i did more

People who perform manual labor should be not only given high and liveable wages, but unlimited access to healthcare and physical therapy to help manage the myriad conditions that come from doing back-breaking work.

Like this is not an absurd concept. It bothers me that people think that it is.
