I recently watched this traditional play from my hometown, adapted from the Phantom of the Opera, but with very Chinese characteristics and no dissonance

The play, called 梨园天神桂郎君, is a Ge Zai Xi, which is a kind of play in the Fujian dialect

I really want to translate the whole play into English if I have that ability, because the lyrics are so beautiful that I want to share them with the world😭
