i feel like every ryan murphy show i've seen in recent years has been intense as hell! but hey, the man knows what makes him successful and he sticks to that, so i don't blame him. i was given it by a fan and i wasn't about to let it go to waste! it's a perfect addition in my home. you could even start with the smaller puzzles and work your way up.

a very intense one, haha! it's ryan murphy's new project, called the beauty! a snoopy puzzle, that's so cute haha. that's actually a great idea, i love doing puzzles. i should really go out and buy one.

tee: that's the best feeling, ain't it? feeling like you're just getting better every day with how hard you're working and healing. they're good! these rookies really do know their stuff, and i can't wait to see how they progress as workouts go on. how was LA? tee: funny enough, i popped into cali for a weekend during coachella.

Joe: Proud of you, dude. Feeling the best I've ever felt, but I feel like that's a given because I'll just keep getting better and better. How are voluntary workouts going so far, though? I'm still back in LA, but I should be heading over there soon.

what kinda show were you filming in paris? i bet it was fun as hell, despite how exhausted it made you. i couldn't do acting and shit full time because i know from friends how much it drains you and stuff, so kudos to you. i'm not even gonna lie, i've been really into puzzles lately. i got this astronaut snoopy one and i'm trying to get some of that puzzle glue so i can frame it.

just got home from filming a new show in paris and to say that i'm exhausted is an understatement. i don't even know if i can call this a jetlag anymore, i feel like i'm just levitating in the air somewhere and the world just passes me by. you'd think that by now i've found a way to deal with jetlag but nothing is less true. luckily i've got a few days off before work starts again, i really don't want to sleep the days away but how should i spend my time off? @sbhqstarters

how much longer on tour do you have? because you definitely deserve a break. feels like you've been going nonstop as of late with all the news i see. mhm, yeah. it's never easy, especially when you get hella close to some of them, but at the end of the day, it's a business and if they feel like they can get what they want elsewhere, you kinda gotta understand, personal feelings aside.

I think I'm in need of a trip like that once all of this comes to an end. After a couple sleeps in my own bed, of course. I'm sure you're like one big family, right? It must be kinda hard seeing people come and go to different teams when you think about it that way.

especially in like the public eye with the whole following, it's insane? "why are they doing this?" because I want to? sea moss???? i wouldn't be shocked? like the store is so aesthetically pleasing but like the pricing? ridiculous.

Andrei: Swear on my life, bro. 😂 Andrei: A good portion of it! But I also been in Atlanta doing my own offseason training. So glad we all back at it now in Cincy.

Joe: Yeah, definitely don't push yourself too hard. Unfortunately, injuries are always unavoidable, but all you can do is make sure to take extra care of yourself like you've already been doing. And hope that nothing happens.

yeah? that's exciting! you have any players you've kept your eye on or anything in the draft? i haven't see too many of them because i always like being surprised come draft time.

I'm glad I was able to have a little bit of help from people who knows more about that kind of stuff though. I keep up with the draft on social media since I'm always so busy when the draft is on. I do have the ESPN app as well so that helps a little bit when I can't really watch it.

hell yeah. i've always wanted to be on a show like that so i can geek out about my fish tanks with my jellyfish and shit on live tv. have you ever heard of the guy with the treehouse show? that shit is cool as hell too. i could watch it for hours. mhm, we're already at camp right now too.

oh my god, go onto that show where the guy puts expensive ass fish tanks in people's houses. i don't remember the name but some of the stuff on there was cool as fuck and i'm not even into all that. things start back up at the end of the summer, right? that's all the motivation i needed.

i feel like people always gotta have an opinion on your shit even when you're just shitposting and having fun. i've heard they've got some weird sea moss you can eat too that costs and arm and a leg. i get that it's in california and shit but damn, it ain't that nice.

i just tend to troll and then somehow it breaks into a side of the internet that goes "what the fuck are you doing?" I feel like there are some good things there, but most of it's just overpriced nonsense. some of the smoothies are like 25 dollars, too, and that's just insane.

i'm far too antsy to sit still for very long. hell, even on plan rides i'm always having to move or do something because just sitting for hours on end? way too much for me. yeah? i'm definitely gonna be trying that. there's always new things in cincy that i've yet to see so might see what i can get myself into.

sitting still for too long has never been my strong point so i hear you on that, as far as work goes i'm more or less off until summer at the moment which isn't really helping the whole "just figure out what to do with yourself" part. i've been trying to go out and do some exploring whenever i can because i feel like there are things you can miss even if you're at home? little hidden places you might not have realized were even there.
