Dazai quietly opened the door to your shared apartment, looking around he saw no signs of you being up. It was early in the morning so you must have fallen asleep waiting for him to return home after the mission. Turning around Dazai almost jumped not expecting to see you standing in front of him holding a first aid kit.

Bandaging up Dazai became something of a thing you did when he came home after a mission for the Agency got a bit out of hand.

Dabing a cotton pad soaked with alcohol on a cut on his cheek, he let out a involuntary hiss. "Are you okay, Dazai?" You asked lifting up the cotton pad. "Yeah, just stung a little" He said giving you a goofy smile a few seconds later.

You grabbed another cotton pad and out alcohol on it "Just be more careful next time Dazai..." Your voice trailed of as he got a call on his phone, he picked it up being careful of the cut you just cleaned on his cheek.

The sunlight was peaking through the curtains. To Dazai, the sunlight created a halo around your head, making you an angel. His angel, the person he loves the most.

"It was from the agency" Dazai said as he hung up. You had a somber look on your face as he said that, you haven't even finished cleaning his bruises.

"You don't need to worry Angel" Dazai said as he held your hand and brought it up to his lips. "Everything... I will be okay" He said as he brough your hand down from kissing it with a sly smile. Before he can fully let go you gripped onto his hand again "Dazai... come back to me, with less bruises this time i am running out of medial supplies"

"Huh! I thought you would be worried about me" Dazai said overdraamticly as he slumped onto you. "I am worried about you!" you said, how in the world do you put up with this man? Well you do love him.

At the Pothos Cafe

You showed Sakura your notes app, 'you're like an open book' it read. He turned away his ears getting more noticeably red. You laughed at him getting embarrassed by him trying to hide his obvious feelings for you. Sakura hasn't heard your voice ever, it was beautiful to him.

He looked up to you as you stopped laughing, you covered your mouth as your cheeks have gone red.

"I liked it" he said quietly as he then looked away with as the blush overtaking his face. Even though you couldn't fully read his lips, his face told you everything you needed to know.

Suo Hayato

Suo held your hand as you guys walked together to Pothos Cafe. Suo regularly comes to walk with you from your school to the cafe. Entering the cafe Sakura and Nirei were already there.

"Do you want to order what you normally eat?" He asked you as he gave you the menu.

His voice unknown to you was more gentle when he talked to you. No one dares ask or tease Suo about it unless they want the same amount of teasing or more done back at them. But nothing got past Sakura's romance sensor.

"Sakura you're beat red" Suo teased with a smile as he sat next to you.

Noticing Sakura stud up and was pointing and yelling at Suo, you laughed. Even if you couldn't tell what Sakura was saying, he always made the funniest face when he was like that.

Suo gave you a loving look as you laughed.

Nirei Akihiko

Sitting at his desk Nirei was looking over a book and writing down notes about Japanese Sign Language. He's been wanting to confess his feelings to you for awhile, why do it in your language.

Walking home with Nirei was always a lovely time, even if you couldn't hear, you always felt this love towards him. The gentle way he always held your hand so he can make sure you're safe.

Nirei just stopped out of nowhere as he turned around, he brought up his hands to start signing to you. You stood there as he slowly and methodically started to sign to you.

You laughed as he started to flip through the pages of the Japanese Sigh Language book to see what he got wrong. You held his hands to stop him, holding out your phone that read. "I like you too."

Nirei was fidgeting in his seat a little, he held his lips tightly. He was slightly hyping himself up for what he was about to do. You had your arm on the table, he picked it up and gently bit it

He held your arm as a blush slowly crept onto his face. "Nirei?" You asked as you tilted your head. He swiftly took your arm out of his mouth and placed his hands on his lap. "That's how you show love, and I thought that... I can show you how much I love you... By the way you do it" He said as he turned away a bit embarrassed. You smile "Nirei, I love you to" you said as you kissed his cheek.

Your family moved to Makochi when you were a kid. They got an offer of work as an elementary school teachers. Knowing the reputation of this town, your parents at first refused. But when they asked you if you'd like to move to Makochi, you agreed without hesitation. You liked a big new house your parents showed you, not to mention that you sincerely loved your family, the idea of going to the school with your parents sounded amazing. And so, despite all doubts, the choice was made, you with your family moved into a big beautiful house in Makochi.

Your parents were worried about you, what if you'll never be able to make friends in this town filled with delinquents but as it turned out there was nothing to worry about. So called delinquents were actually the sweethearts, you got along with your neighbor, Hiragi Toma, really well, he became someone you can call an older brother, he protected you from bullies and introduced you to his friends. Unfortunately some of them had painful past, some of them were bullied, some of them had a family drama, but to your kind parents they all were like their own children. They sincerely took care of your friends and weren't afraid to stand up for them, earning respect from others.

And you... You were a ray of shine to your friends, their hope, their precious family and friend, some of them were in love with you since childhood. And their feelings continues to this day.

Nowadays you are a high school student. It's sad that you can't go to the same school with your friends anymore, but you meet with them often after classes or on weekends. They love you and your parents very much, so your home turned into a secret base for Furin students. You always there to heal their wounds, both emotional and physical, treat them with delicious food and drinks and help them with anything. Ah, how lucky they are to have you by their side!

Even though Ren was only a stranger to you, you welcomed him with open arms and treated all his wounds. Fortunately he was only slightly wounded, and that just because Toma knocked him out to calm down. The way you were so kind with him surprised Ren. To be honest, he was just like a stray cat who doesn't let anyone close at first, he tried to run away and told that he doesn't need your help. However, your patience and a few words from Toma did their job, so Ren ended up eating peaches in your living room. He felt a little uncomfortable, an unfamiliar warmth spread through his heart. This was a first time someone accepted him, nobody has ever treated him with such kindness. But he also was sure that it won't be long, if he shows you his ugly side, you'd turn against him. And Ren, he wouldn't blame you, because he was just a beast. Oh, how wrong he was!

♡ Toma, you and your family were very warm to Ren. And he couldn't help but grew addicted to the warmth of your presence. He started spending time at your home, hanging out with you and your friends all day long. Not to mention, that you two attended the same school. The way you were so honest and kind, the way you accepted him even when you found out about his beast side, the way you always put his needs in front of yours, your genuine concern for him, all this led to Ren started developing feelings for you.

♡ His thoughts were messed up, Ren was so denial, so afraid of loosing you. He knew that you deserve someone better than him. Someone who is not a monster, someone who isn't as troublesome as he is, someone... who is not Ren. He was determined to be your friend and pine after you from afar until his dying day. But sometimes, just sometimes, Ren allowed himself to dream of the future that never comes. The future where he holds your hand while he walks you home. Maybe in this future Ren is just an ordinary high school student, who doesn't spend all day, every day beating people up. Maybe in this future you like him back. Oh, thinking about it only made Ren crazy.

♡ But time passed and Ren gained confidence. He's got a great bunch of friends that encouraged him everyday. Lollipops and headphones have made him a human, even if just half-assed, but still human. And there was a little hope, that maybe, just maybe, one day the future that Ren could only dream of will come.

♡ Ren confessed you unexpectedly even for himself. This did not happen without the help of Kusumi and Enomoto who were well aware of Ren's feelings for you and even that you liked him back. So they asked you two to hang out together at your home and, making sure that Ren was already there, texted that unfortunately they can't come. Even though you and Ren were a good friends, the two of you never really hang out alone. Hiragi and his friends, Enomoto and Kusumi, your parents, Furin students, there was always someone. And Ren couldn't help but started getting nervous, left alone with you.

"Do you want to listen to music?" Ren asked awkwardly and put on his headphones to your ears after a nod from you. The music began to play and your eyes widened because it was it was one of your favorite song, not one of the songs Hiragi recommended Ren. This was followed by another. And more importantly, all these songs were about love.

You turned to Ren who fidgeted with candy wrapper. Despite his calm expression, the tips of his ears turned red.

"Your taste in music has changed a bit", you noticed and pulled the headphones off.

"It's because of you", Ren faintly whispered under his breath. His eye was fixed on a candy wrapper. Ren paused and began to color up with nerves. "Because... I like you. More than a friend".

Ren turned to face you and looked at you, he wanted to tell you that it's ok if you don't like him back, that he just wanted to let you know, that he won't bother you anymore, but the words were stuck in his throat. Why?

Why, why... it's clear why. Because you interrupted him, saying "I like you too".

♡ You and Ren are so adorable. All your friends ship you two so much! Ren swore himself to protect you and make you happy. He would do anything for you. Ren doesn't like studying, but he asks his friends to help him, because he wants to secure a stable future for you. Ren used to not memorize the songs titles, he just listened to the songs Hiragi likes, but now all the songs, all the titles are associated with you. This song is the one he listened to when you two went on a first date, this one when he confessed, and this one describes his feelings for you so well. And of course Ren is more than happy to listen to any song you like even if it's something silly. Ren is hopeless simp when it comes to you.

♡ Ren likes spending time with you in a comfortable silence. The way you always ask him for a cuddles, so cute and politely, never failed to make Ren turn into a blushing mess. He doesn't need the lollipops and headphones when you're around. Your presence alone is enough to calm Ren down. He is awkward, he doesn't know how to express his love properly, but he does his best. Ren is not good with words, but the way he protects you, the way he holds your hand so gently as if you're the most important treasure, all this leaves no doubt that Kaji Ren is hopelessly in love with you.

♡ Staying home in a comfortable silence is not only way you and Ren spend time together. Amusement parks, arcades, cat cafes, you name it. Ren is more than happy to accompany you. He also supports all your hobbies and comes to all your performances. Since the both of you dye the hair, you two can help each other with it.

Suo Hayato is a good friend of yours. You are so different form his classmates, your empathetic nature attracts him. The two of you met when Hayato patrolled the streets with Hiragi and his classmates and you helped your mother with the groceries. Of course, Furin students walked you two home and helped to carry your bags. In gratitude, your mother invited them to stay and eat. So you met Furin first years and made friends with Suo. The both of you are calm and empathetic, Hayato is always there if you need some help and comfort. Knowing that you have some anxiety problems, Hayato makes sure that you always feel safe and happy. He likes that you are so honest with others and with yourself too, that you take care of people around you. You and Hayato share some likes and hobbies, like myths and books reading. He is more than happy to discuss a new book or fantastic creatures with you and teases you if you find non-cute creature cute. But only in a loving way, because he likes you very much.

Kusumi Yuto and Enomoto Takeshi are your friends and wingman. They did their best to get you and Ren together and they have succeeded. You met them because of Ren, because they were his new friends. Ren introduced you to them because he wanted his precious friends and the girl he likes to get along well. Yuto and Takeshi were hoked by you, much to the delight of Ren. "Hey! What was that for!" Sakura yelled as he stared are you with his hand in your mouth. His blush was getting deeper and deeper as you continued to look up at him. You took his hand out of your mouth "Sakura, this is how I show I love you" you said. "Huh?"

Sakura looks like he was about to pass out from his skin overheating. Good thing you two were at his apartment and not at the cafe, he would have passed out the second he felt you touched his hand.

Avoident Love

Everyone knew Sakura had a crush on you, if his thousand degree blush wasn't a give away. His strange avoidance of you was, whenever you enter a room he was in. He would turn away trying his best to hide his ever growing feelings for you. If he could he would also exit the room, not wanting to face his own feelings.

He doesn't want you to know of them out of the possibility of you rejecting him. Even though that is the most unlikely of possibilities, the fear of it scares Sakura off.

Slipped Mask

No one knows for sure if he has a crush on you but himself, he acts like his normal self around you. He teases you like he does everyone else so there isn't a reason for anyone to suspect him to have a crush on you.

Except the one time the mask slipped, it was on accident that it did but it did non the less. His eye twitched when someone said that your outfit was cute. There is a note on Suo's page of Nirei's notebook that he may have a crush on you

Note Taking

Majority of Nirei's notes about you are sprinkled with writing about how you look cute or beautiful or wonderful doing certain things. His attempts to hide these notes doesn't go unnoticed by anyone he shows his notebook to. He does snatch the book away or covers the page if people flip to it or they attempt to look at it. But as time went on and people put the pieces of what is on those pages, people figured out he has a crush on you.

"W-who's that" Poe stuttered pointing at you as he turned around to the sound of the door opening. "huh? She's my personal shopper" Ranpo said nonchalantly as he ate a pocky. You gave Ranpo an eye roll as you heard him, "I'm your girlfriend Ranpo" you said as you placed the bag on his desk. "Brought you lunch" you said as you took out the food and placed it on his desk "see you later" you said giving him a kiss on the cheek as you left.

"oh" he kinda felt dejected, he did infect fall in love with you at first sight but who could blame him. You were elegantly beautiful.

"Poe you like [Reader]?" Ranpo asked him one day. "Why do you ask Ranpo?" Poe asked getting a bit nervous that Ranpo picked up on his crush on his girlfriend. "You get more nervous than usual, your face starts to turn red..." Ranpo stopped noticing Poe shrinking into himself more and more.

Ranpo gave a sigh "I talked it over with [Reader] and... she also likes you" Ranpo said with a dramatic pause "so you can start dating her." Poe perked up at this declaration. "What about..." Poe was interrupted by Ranpo "I'm completely fine with it."

And from that day you started to also date Poe.

Ranpo looked down at the street below seeing you arrive at the Agency with Poe. He kissed you on the cheek as you entered the cafe below holding a bag filled with food for him. Ranpo has started to greatly miss Poe coming in and sharing his stories with him. This feeling was more than that, it was the exact same feeling he had for you before you started to date one another.

He should talk to you and Poe about this ever growing feeling he has for him. Maybe during dinner tonight, Poe has been coming over for dinner alone as of recently. Poe also has been acting the same way he did before he started to date you around him.

CHILDHOOD PROMISES

It all started like all love stories at the beginning. Ren Kaji wasn't the known fighter he was today. He was but a little boy with a big crush on one of his classmates. You would always help him with class projects and in turn he would push you on the swings. When you guys walked home one day, learned that you lived very close to each other. So weekend playdates became the norm.

One day Ren asked you to meet him near the swings. Ren hid an object behind his back it was the plastic bottom of a ring pop, "sorry I ate it but would you be my girlfriend [Reader]?" He asked as he held the piece of plastic to you. You accepted the piece of plastic "yes I will Ren" you said with a joyous smile. You kept that piece of plastic in a keepsake box.

You and Ren started middle school together, and it was during this time he started to get into fights. But around you he tried his best not to, holding his fist until you walked away if anyone agitated him.

Your parents, ever loving and caring, decided for you to move schools. They heard and saw the evidence on other students of Kaji getting into fights almost every day they felt like it was the right decision for you. Unbeknownst to them some of those fights were done for you, to shut up anyone willing to have your name and any type of unsavory word in the same sentence.

From the day you told him that you were moving schools, he was upset. Not at anyone but at himself.

You were cleaning up your closet, coming upon your old childhood keepsake box. Opening it to reveal the plastic piece of a ring pop, remembering that promise you made to Ren all those years ago, a warm sensation rose to your cheeks.

It has been a few years since your middle school days.

You see from across the street, a familiar looking guy. He's grown since the last time you saw him, dyed his hair and everything. But It's unmistakable, it's him, the one you loved as a child and certainly still loves now.

"Ren," a familiar voice said, Kaji turned around and saw you. Kaji's eyes widdened as he saw you. He hasn't seen you for a few years, but it seems like forever. He didn't know what to do, these feelings he had since he was little bubbled up to the surface again causing him to blush brighter than the sun. He felt like running away but he stood in place as you came up to him.

"[Reader]..." Was all he said as he hugged you tightly. He then loosened the hug, seeing the piece of plastic on your finger. He remembered that promise from all those years ago. Why not make that promise a reality, with all the courage he could muster up he held your face.

He kissed you with all the feelings he had been bottling up all these years without. Does he care that people may see, no! All that he cares about now is that he is with you now and he is never letting go.
