Above is a sample for nervous tissue, we can see the different pieces of the neuron including the soma, the nucleus and dendrites. The sample also has the axon readily visible.

Above is a sample for skeletal muscle tissue, we can determine this due to the striations along the sample and the various nuclei that are present along the periphery.

Above is a sample of dense elastic connective tissue, we can identify this as elastic tissue due to the many elastin fibers that are scattered throughout the sample. We can also see the various collagen fibers that are present just the same.

Above is shown a sample of Transitional Epithelium, we can tell this is epithelium for starters as its lining "blank space" from the rest of the sample. Alternatively we can tell its transitional due to the visible slight changes in shape of cells.
